Similarly there are insiders of these B series Exams.. like Marriage Counsellors, Marital Legal experts, Sexologists, Psychologists, Lawyers, Advocates, Family welfare NGOs, Marriage Bureau Brokers & Breakers, Mediation centre employees, Documentary film makers, Family rights advocates, Family welfare workers, Broken families, ex-lovers(level3), Divorcees, Ex-Spouses, Relatives(also aware children) of Seperated/troubled Couples,.. etc) one may get a peak into the question paper from them if they are reflective & caring enough to share and clarify. For all of us its easier to spot and see Some people are physically challenged people-groups, takes some efforts and tests to perceive the intellectually or mentally challenged people-groups. The toughest task we may have is to find people & places to help with the unmet needs of the morally, Psycho-Socially, maritally or ethically challenged. G-ders Alert: Beware of such people, family, places or systems. The A.Series exams help us in Scientific, Technological & Financial Advancements of individuals and their closed subgroups, while a paradigm shifting B.Series exams may help for Ethical, Social & Spiritual Advancements of Peoples’-collectives and societies-wholistically organically and sustainably.

Yours attempting to be Rationo-Ethically,

S33: #ThankingThursdays / GRP

Bye Bye 2020, Thanks a Lot..

And Good to See you 2021!!! We Welcome you into our lives.

Dear G-ders wishing you a Happy New Year 2021 Ahead!!

A positive Attitude can get us to a certain Altitude, and when we reach a plateau its Perseverance with Gratitude that can keep us there and take us higher, further in our Life Journey.

Thanks giving is a culture of honoring all contributions and contributors in our life.

Which is the most Thankful-grateful commandment in the ten biblical commandments?

Iobserve it may be ‘Honor Thy Parents’@Ephesians 6:2 (Biological+NonBiological)(Sri Krishna, Sri Rama)’, as a gratitude for all that they have done for their children. When children are grateful to their parents’ pure/selfless and unconditional contributions the children get opportunities to rise up to their natural mode of goodness, reach an abundance mindset and create further harmony in their lives & environments. (Exceptions: Maybe unfortunate, historic orphans, abandoned/abused/alienated/arrogant childhood care in cases of situations, Narcissistic Biological/Tragical Traiting/trainings)(Eg. Karna, Moses)

This resonates with a south Indian saying, Matha-Pitha-Guru-Daivom (Meaning Mother-Father-Teacher&God is the sequence of reverence).

List of our Gratitudes for 2020.

1. Gods Grace, Our family having two second lives. parents having both been out from ICU, after Covid Scare. My Prayers for Krishna, Jesus & practicing Budheartful-Meditations were answered I feel so ever grateful.

2. Our extended Family and friends praying and supporting us for our well being during prevention, hospitalization and slow recovery. I cant thank them enough for in the coldest and darkest of hours it was the the candles(Dearones & their wishes) which gave us the light and warmth to keep us going.

3. Not many covid cases in our neighborhood. We are wishing/praying daily and sharing Covid Health info of prevention in various groups.

4. We as a nation faced so many challenges this year(Covid, Chinese, Pakistani agression) Indian systems going haywire but managing to survive

5. Thankful to have started blogging, Its good space of expression of love for ideas, words and writings. Also grateful to write & grow, Philosophers, RITers, MHTians and Actober group to be a motivation to write and share myself.

6. Thankful to the home where we cud have a small terrace & ground garden area, were we harvested a variety of vegetables.

7. Grateful for the nearby lake walkway for the family walks and long runs in the jogging track.

8. Grateful for the wonderful co-Sharers of various groups like SGMeditation, BuTEA, HumaRA, LAN(x) Wewadh-GD3, BKA, HTN, BTN, JOYn, MHT.. and many more . I have learnt a lot & benefitted in multiple ways from the sharings in the group. I am inspired by the grp members concern and care for the focusSubjects(Health, Meditation, Careers, Heritage, Languages etc) others.

9. Grateful to Bengaluru and Bengalureans for the community of citizens and atmosphere we create here, inspite of so many challenges we all still stick together and move ahead.

10. Its this magical spirit in many around, that makes us grateful for 2020 and hopeful for 2021.

Wishing all on completion of a very eventful old year 2020 & a Very Joyful new year 2021 ahead.

Thoughtfully Yours,

Week 2: #TruthfulThurdays.

Today I vow to speak the truth come what may, whatever questions are asked I shall answer in most truthful way.

#ThoughtfulThankingThursdays

Breaking Happens by Chance, Healing happens by choice. /GRP (7/1/21)

#ThankfulThursdays

Thanking all the people who were/are/willbe connected with us in our lives. For there are reasons why people come in our lives and those may sometimes be the very reason why people go away from our lives. But the only reason why people stay is the “Unconditionality” in them or commonality in us. They need no reason to be there for you except the reason is themself. Thanking all people unreasonably caring about relationships. Those who see the ‘me’ in others.. the others in ‘me’. That ALL is me only.- GRP

great people are grateful people.

It helps to practice detox, heightened efforts of removing ills from our lifestyle & character. Here is an attempt at weeding-out the mind-garden on Wednesdays, for the clarity of fruitful & beautiful mind-orchards.

There are useful ideas and thoughts collated here which may be common knowledge but which can be highlighted & realized, only with ‘personal, deep, reflective & empathetic thinking‘. Which many of us arent trained for in our formal education nor can these come from casual superficial experiencing. Sharing here for my dearest G-ders.

These are few realizations I have had from Family & friends/the minds who cared to share. What in our lives may be small-inner choices making large-outer differences.

Week-1: 31/12/2020

There are proper(Good/best practices)(Useful Plants) and improper Concepts(Ignorant/worst practices)(Weeds) and varied ways of doing things. Untill we know both/all sides we cant know the difference, which helps to choose the best way or approach. Here below are few recommendations for weeding out wrong practices on Weedlessday. Minor Changes can have Major Impacts(Butterfly effect). Clearing out the few small weeds can be a good deed for many big plants(Gutter-fly effect/GRP :))

1. While seated on a chair, is the habit of Crossing our legs good or bad for health?

A: Its common behaviour to cross our leg when sitting on a chair but it harms in many ways, it can cause a temporary increase in your blood pressure and lead to poor posture. Its especially dangerous for fertile men as it may raise the heat & pressure in the groin area and effect their sensitive reproductive system, leading to male infertility. BETTER Solution: Sit up straight with the legs positioned straight(no laptop obstruction) and we may cross legs safely at the ankle. 2. The Shirt we tucked in our pant is visible , but what’s to be done with the inner wear the vests(Baniyan) we wear, is it to be over the innerwear under shirt or tucked in boxer/brief? Which is better & why?

A: Its good/better to tuck our vests in the brief/innerwear as the movements of upper body tends to bring the vest in an awkward way around the waist. Tucking in the briefs gives a manageable waistline and appearance. Also raising our hand (Idea courtesy: Karthik.B)

3. Line of shirt in the front to be aligned with zipline of pant for better aesthetics.( ICourtesy: KB)

4. Its better to keep the home UPS inverter system outside our homes compared to inside as it clears useable floor space and reduces acid vapour exposure for internal environments. (IdeaCourtesy: Ar.Venkatesh).

5. Improper innerwear can effect a persons health Bra size and womens health (IdeaIntroduction in msg by Priti.Patil in Ri-hab(Right Habits) Group)

6. Brief or Boxers which is better choice for mens health? and their families future.( A. Boxers are safer choice for male fertility and sperm count). Tight briefs and thick jean pants in summers or hot environment are sperm killers, also air tight VIP frenchies create a sweaty and moist environment for rashes, yeast and fungi infections. (IdeaCourtesy: Male Ayurvedic Doctor at J.B Nagar/Blr) Here is a informative survey on this question.

Do share any common sense idea you think you know should be common knowledge but you observe that many may not know as it’s not told or shared formally, which can be usefully highlighted here.

S31. #TuningTuesdays /GRP

1. Being in tune with the music of our heart and dEARones hearts is an art of the heart and our ears.

2. It takes years of practice for the ears to learn the subtle difference between the notes and chords.

3. Our ears hear a lot of eternal noises during the day and for some its internal noise too.

4. How do we filter these and be in tune with ourself and our hearts music(beats -Rhythm)?

5. I think this is by being open to listen to everything thats happening around, but also choosing to Object, Accept, Reject, Deflect or/and most importantly Reflect using logic and synthesis, we may find resonance and reduce the cognitive dissonance in self & others.

6. Filter through the noise and we can find the music. We need to deal with the dirt & thorns to see the Rose’s. Here is an opportunity & way we can be tuned to play our part in this big symphony and orchestra of life.

7. How to reduce the noise & see the music better. Or See through the darkness and a light, similarly we experience the noise & music around too.. in case of noise of media and gossip we can see a way out here. https://www.allsides.com/media-bias/how-to-spot-types-of-media-bias

8. Which marriages are made in Heaven & which are not? Real adages and marriages are made in heaven when they are matched with lot of good decisions backed with more godly insights & guided by supportive efforts of characters. On other side the false adages and marriages are mad in hell when mis-matched with few bad choices blacked by more dogly in-fights & misguided by destructive defects of character.

9. When guided by right logics one can find success, while misguided by fright and tragics one can find ruckus. What is that we are searching for logic or magic.. that is what we will see.. We will See what we are See-king. Seek for the truth, seek for peace, seek for tuning on #TuniningInTuesdays.

10. Bandages are made in heaven, as they help2heal (Halal). While damages are made in hell as they hurt2harm (Haram). Inshah Allah if all are in tune with the almighty heart, the world will surely be a tuned place. #TuningTuesdays /grp

11. I am a born Hyderabadi, my hydra like tentacles of neurons spread far and wide across the mindscape, to gather for the heart loving insights messages which bring ordered filtered music to the mind & my G-ders tired off hearing and tolerating the noise of the world. Be in tuned for insights which are hidden in plain sight.

12. I am a conditioned Bengalurean trying to lure people into an utopian dream formed by groupspaces of rationalism(Wewadh) and egalitarianism(HumaRA). A beautiful symphony of truth and harmony which heals many and doesnt harm any.

S30: #MotivatingMondays / GRP

1. We can be those leaders we always needed in our lives. Developing & making the higher self as the Guru in us, it can be a closer mentor to the lower self. Being the mentor we want for our self’s growth. appo deepo bhava. Here is a Motivational Video.

2. Who are our leaders? Leaders are ones who are fearless to be peerless in staying ahead of their old-self each day. Ones who think and link things to oneself such that it benefits every others selves. Ones who may have the principles of the great poet akka mahadevi to have & practice intellectual openess & nudity. And the guts of Socrates, and da Vinci’s invincibility.

3.Honesty is Transparency. To be able for the others to see all that is and what can be. The Naked Truth(Sat) is a Bitter medicine to cure the mass in maya(illusions).

S29: Rare Tips For Daily Living

1. We live Life one day at a time.

2. Morning Tips; In Summer Use a Lemony/Sandal Soap for oily skin and in winters use Moisturising & Oily soaps for dry skin(Glycerine).

3. Morning Tips: Drink a Gut cleanser first thing in morning.. Lemon juice, Amla juice, Orange Juice or ACV is good. To stabilize ALKALINITY OF OUR BODY.

S28: #SattvicSaturdays /GRP

At our home we follow a Family culture of being ultra-Vegetarians on Saturdays.

I never understood the logic as a child as I never questioned or thought about it deep enough. As to why all members at our home as well as our relatives need to be purely vegetarian(Plant+Dairy Based Diet) on Saturdays. I may remember the words of my parents telling me it’s a spiritual day dedicated to Lord Vishnu and we need to visit a Vishnu temple for prayers on this day. Also as our community our grandparents and relatives are Vaishnavas by lineage we need to follow this strictly.

And another Satvik influence in a strange coincidence is I studied and was encouraged in a satvik way at a protestant Seventh Day Adventist School(Saturday-Sabbath)of Bengaluru. Where I heard teachers promote benefit of vegetarianism also we had a speech contest in which I spoke (With mentoring from a beloved teacher Mr.Singh K Anthony Sir(Maldives), He saw something in me which I nor anyone in my circle did. Sir thank you for your coaching you were the best Bio-Science Teacher). He mentored my speech on the topic is “Vegetarianism a boon or bane”. I did lil research on the topic with my parents(Docs) as well as wrote a note which SingK sir upgraded. I won the second best speech on my debut extempore on stage it was a pleasure to win. Also won an Essay Writing Contest in the same Temperance Contest.

Its pleasing to have these trophies on shelf at home as encouragement to Speak and Write.

I was encouraged to follow veganism by Runner Arun @IISc also by my laughter yogaTherapy colleagues Tiffany Floyd(Indiana-US) and Inna(Frankfurt Gmny).

So I believe I’m at my Satvik Best on Satvik Saturdays. As my energies are focused on spiritual satisfaction.

By following spiritual Saturdays, helps me being a Veganish Reducetarian on weekdays and on some Saturdays even going on a one meal fast.

Saturday is the day for sattva,

Satvik is the way for saturation,

Practicing it we know the mehatva,

Stoic is the way of satisfaction.

This Day (26/12/20) I hereby launch a new idea to improve the satvicness of my life by promoting #SatvicSaturdays. To know more do read my PRASADH health Model Post.

9/1/21(Sat) Yesterday saw the trailer of a kannada movie KGF2.. and 3 weeks back while riding bike as I crossed Swami vivekananda metro station I had a thought on a dialogue from the movie “Powerful people come from powerful places”. I had a question so what about powerful places? Where does it come from rather who creates it. Then I related that powerful places are created by powerful people. This is exactly what I heard yesterday in the trailer.

And I dared to question a step further how are powerful people created or what creates powerful people? I got an answer its Powerful Principles that create Powerful people first internally which manifests externally.

What are the principles and values that define you my dear G-der.

The values which I want to define with self are Genuineity, Rationality & Prosperity(GRP).

GRP.
