I remember used to get a wishes & a phone call on my birthday from my one elder cousin sister. She was a frail thin girl due to the TB of lungs she had only 1.5 of her lungs, But she had 1.5x of more compassion and heartfulness than many of us.
Tributes with gratitude to all my Sisters in Life who have given me more than what I could give them back.
She used to walk me home from our Convent School carefully, I am ever grateful to her love and care. We were in the same school in Bengaluru.
I remember her geometry box, she used to carry money in it and get me snacks on the way back. Sometimes Bhel puri and sometimes sweets & chocolates. I was a naughty kid I am sure I would have troubled her pestered to get me stuffs, she would pacify and make me calm. Hehehe..
This is strange but once she wrote a proxy for me in my exam in 1st or 2nd std thankfully i grew out of that stage. I was never interested in study as I was hyperactive I now think maybe it was the sugar and chocolate overdose. I grew up on loads of Dairy milk chocolate bars. Poor sister I came to know later in Life, she was a child of a parent who was an alcoholic who abandoned them. I dint know the pain she suffered also as an abuse at the hands of a elderly relative.I feel in her miserable life she still shared the small stuffs that mattered a lot like the chat stall and the yearly call.
She breathed her last very young at age of 19-20years.. I wish I had met her to say goodbye but I was a kid who dint know about death, I dint know what’s a final bye. Writing this I have tears in my eye, for the years of care she gave me. Here is a letter I might have written her if she were alive.
I thank you Banuakka for showing me your sisterly love and care, I am ever indebted and I dint know what your conditions were and what your pain was. But you always smiled and spoke with love which was like the desert rose. Its unfortunate that the house which had a caring rose like you also had so many thorns. I pray for your memories and I also met your friend Jayaprada Akka sometime she is fine. We fondly remembered u together. THANKS FOR BEING THERE FOR ME, even when I could not be there for you. Thank you, Your lil Bro, Prasad.G
Another sister who stood for me is a new person, she is very understanding and helpful, we celebrated pongal at an event. Sometimes She knows my mind even better than I know myself. She recommended some movies to guide me. She is very knowledgeable. Yesterday in a group of about 140. There was a situation where I was misunderstood & targetted with name-calling and character assassination. I defended my self & couldn’t sleep the night with traumatic dreams. She was the only one who spoke up for me/my justice in the group, and it meant a lot to me. I remembered the care and love of an elder-sister my dear Banuakka in here. I thank her for speaking up all it takes in a babel of loud false accusations is just a feeble true word on behalf of your voice. It can change the whole scenario. She dint realize the little gesture was the call which made me stand tall. It set the motion in the group and the false-accusing voices beat a retreat and exited the scene. I thank the SAINTly sister for speaking up for what is right and ethical. She is a siddha doc and she knows the siddhanta of being fair and just even in the face of international and global biggies, the truth always triumphs when even one voice shares just one truth among the volley of lies. Just like how a tiny flame can light up a dark room.
Thanks sister Hema for your kindness and responsibility of an elder sister, I wish more brothers have sisters like you and Banuakka. The world will be a more better place.

1. For a person Marriage is mostly an unwritten Socio-legal contract with another/others to create a sustainable family environment which enables personal needs (emotional, physical and social) to be met by serving the needs of the other(spouse) in the contract.
2. For a family marriage of a member is a way to meet familial-needs first, further to replicate, improve and sustain the established family-systems which they were part of earlier.
3. For a Clan/Community/Dynasty marriage is a way to come together to support and sustain the heritage and culture the Clan/community is committed for and also extend their influence and spread.

His-Story… The most important man in my life my Father Dr.Gajendran.
He was born in Bangalore near year of Indian Independence 1945 and also shares birthday with Rajnikanth on 12/12.
He is the 3rd son, a Mid Child between 4Elders (2Bros &2 Sis) and 3 Younger Brothers in his family.. His Pet name called by all even his parents & elders as ‘Thambi’ means brother in Tamizh.
The family childhood home was near the quarters of Raj Bhavan Bangalore, his dad was a humble staff at the ministers guest house.
His father(P.N Raman) was busy at work earning for their big family of 10, his primary caregiver was his mother(Ponnachiamma). He was his mother’s pet, he says she was the one who inspired him to get educated and serve as a doctor.
He was a very obedient and sincere boy, doing house work like taking care of the house livestock. He took from the Religious and moral outlook of his mother and father and got good principles also from his brothers.
In his school (RBANMS) too he liked his teachers especially his Tamizh Vadiyar and learnt the Kurals very passionately. He had very good school friends they are close to us even to this day, but he had few negative incidents too.
He told me one of his class friends Sudhakar(or sudin) was friendly and he told him to study well as they walked together to their homes this peer influence was positive, but then in Ulsoor once his mom gave him extra Moringa leaves to give to friend, he visited his home with good feelings as an act of sharing.. when he gave as a gift to his friend his friends mother took his friend in home and told him to reject & return it(Bothering by Class and Caste Discrimination).. This gift he took it back home saddened and later also his friend avoided him, it affected their young friendship for life.
But he overcame school all these class/caste/creed discriminations at different levels, even faced the untimely death of his mother at an younger age, it affected him a lot emotionally.
He pursued and became an ENT(Ear, Nose & Throat) Specialist Doctor, his parents and his brothers also supported and they too achieved good education and social contributions in life establishing good family-systems which all are collectively happy about together as extended relatives and family.
He had very close loyal BMC(Bangalore Medical College) friends like Dr.Venkatesh Murthy, Dr.Das, Dr.Swaminathan, Dr.Mussa, Dr.Krishna prasad. Who stay close friends life long. I learnt to be a loyal friend forever from him.
Today for me/us he stands as a testament of what hardwork, sincere goodness and moral-support can achieve in life by blessing of godness. He was the first and the only one till date of his clan and near community to serve as a humble doctor the society.
He as a patient too survived 2 heartattacks and surgeries, he overcame Covid situations twice admitted to ICU. When life pushed him down, He always bounced back to face it with a big heart like the elephants-heart. ‘Gajendra’ is the name of the White-elephant in Indic religions and true to his name he has a pure white heart. I have always seen him be a gentleman among us, he deserves my highest gratitude and respect not only for being a friendly father but as a role model for being a superman a sparkling ‘Diamond dad’ the most resilient natural matter.
Just like a diamond sustains the most tremendous pressure under the earth and gains the hardness and crystal clarity, so too he has undergone most difficult circumstances along with his brothers(my 6 uncle’s) and all emerged as Diamond Dads.
I/we pray everyday to god for his and my mother’s longer , healthier and haPeer life, marriage, family and lifes-legacy.

One Nation, One Education for all Indians. No Classte Difference.. In line with UCC (Uniform Civil Code). What it would do is neutralize the Inequalities in basic education created by Socio-Economic-Religious/Occupational (Class-Caste-Creed) i.e the Classteed-factors. Also equalize the Rent and Housing infrastructure, this is in a way, Good Roti, patshala, haspatal aur Ghar, sabke liye. If there is equality in these 5 Factors & resources why would there be inequality in clans, groups and communities? The Equality Tripod that levels is (Healthcare-Education-Housing).
3. AFTER STEP 2 AND 3 .. REMOVE ReservationQuota-System it would not be required at all.. Though Quota of Ratio-nal/ Proportionate-Representations may be required for proper Diversity and inclusivity. If for Bonus pit a Cap of Personal Property ownership.. max 10 Acres/Per person.. All Properties more than 10 Acres or 100 Crores is Common State Owned Property this will help in Resource Sharing.

Also this year saw the release of the internationally super hit movie ‘JAI BHIM‘, which is inspired by real life events of Judicial-Remedy for Social-Oppressions by real life hero Justice-Chandru (A Bahujan-Mitra). Being Pro-Constitution is being Pro-India I.e Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Biased. But the Overly Biased falsely claim Anti-Discrimination and being Anti-Fascist or Anti-Supremacists as Anti-Indian, which is to target and oppress the rightful voices & views so the Illusion & coercive-controls can be suatained.
The current ETHOS: Atrocities on common citizens in the name of gender, class, caste/race, or religious/regional creed is still a reality in many places & stages in life.. many of our western-urban intelligentsia are biases-blind, egoistic-fixed minded or innocently immune to the systemic-Multi discriminations and Intra & inter-personal_atrocities happening around in all spaces and levels, of people suffering the social-pains of multi-discrimination, racial-violences in ghettoed-silence with bare support systems. And the few aware who do see and speak up or try to help are themselves silenced by deplatforming, ostracization, character-assassination, Scape-goating, defaming Social-Boycotts and socio-legal terrorism by subagents of the non-egalitarian nexus in between the oppressive(Classes/genders), dominative(Castes/Races), monopolizing(Politico-Economics) and polarizing(Religio-Politics).

Formation of Open Egalitarians Clubs and Societies(JBCs JaiBhimClubs 4 Bridging Gaps of Inequality and systemic-biases).
A. For the Oppressed/Marginalized sections (Class, Genders, Caste, Race, Linguists, Religions, Minorities etc): 1. Connect or Create/Share SafeSpaces and empowering resources for common vision and mission for practicing constitutional ideals relevant to equality and fraternity. Open access to all human for diversity and inclusion of all stakeholders of India equally without prejudices.
2. Be aware of National & Constitutional Fundamental rights and duties, before the religious or regional identities. Accept and practice the Principle of India First and Indian First at School, Home, office or on Street.
3. At all times be in connect with real allies and Egalitarian-mitras who may be liberal, anti-oppression and fair-humanists. Who see and stand-up for moral-equity & humanity. Acknowledge and take up the project to realize the Egalitarian vision of empowering the Oppressed like (Phule, Savitribhai, Narayana Guru, Ambedkar, Periyar, Kanshiram, Ayyankali.. etc),
4. There are modern trailblazers from the Bahujan(OBC,SC/ST, EWS and Minorities) communities who have championed the excellence and ideals of Egalitarianism/Bahujanism like Abdul Kalam, Illairaja, AR Rehman, Kamaraj, Rajkumar, Puneet RajKumar, Pa. Ranjith..etc
B. For the Non-Oppressed and Non-Oppressing sections.(Majority of the Indians)
1. This section is the middle and critical factor as their being silence bystanders encourages the perpetrators of oppression to continue the discriminative subjugation through unjust monopoly and exclusions.
2. The project calls for this section being active witnesses, allies and upstanders to support the targeted human instead of taking the side of the unjust in the game of systemic-discriminations. Eg Justice Chandru of JaiBhim, Hindu Reformers from middle class/castes, Christian missionaries, spiritual philosopher poets like Kabirand kanakadasa. etc
C. For the dominative & oppressing sections of society:
1. It’s easy and convenient for this sub groups to be implicit-bias blind & not see or even deny the historic privileges(Socio-economic-political), control of critical resources and social capital enjoyed by the clan or community which one may be proud of in their families history or entitled in their familial casty lineages & surnames or class/caste/creed/community identities. But few have tried to be liberal humanists and break free of these biases and fallacies (eg, Buddha, Thiruvalluvar, Basaveshwara, Periyar, Akkamadevi, Annie Besant, BodhiDharma, etc) They are the leading lights for Insiders from Oppressor groups turned to allies of Egalitarianism. It’s in their humanity that bridges the gaps of inequalities.
Conclusionand ForeVision: An Egalitarian_India2030 is a less inequal india and more socially Just-India. Being a good Indian citizen one needs to be in preamble more Socialist and Democratic which inherently have Egalitarianism. India is not a Capitalistic-Democracy like US nor a Communistic-Republic like china.. so Indians becoming CEOs of US companies or communist relations with China, Russia may help us Technologically or Financially but it is seldom going to help us address the social challenges of Systemic-Discriminations and Inegalitarianism.
What maybe more urgently and importantly required is Social_Egalitarians campaigns towards real Socio-Moral progress through Mass-Egalitarianism and Empowerment of Fair Ideas and ideals. That is what Project Jai-Bhim India2030 envisions and enables for egalitarian-citizens to play roles in using ‘Democratic-Socialism‘ for nation-building an EgalitarianIndia2030.

MidEastern Egalitarianism originated by Shankya-Philosophers Nalanda, Buddhism, Bihar, Bengal-Odissa..(Buddhism & lil bit of Intellectualism of Bengal)
Northmost-India Sikhism & Tribalism like Punjab Haryana & Rajasthan.
NE-Tribal Belts/ Christian egalitarianism less access due to chickens neck.
External-Indian(UK,Soviet,US) influenced ideologies of Renaissance philosophers Greeco-Romans, Germans, Karl Marx, Adam smith, Lincoln, Martin Luther King etc (primarily Bengal/Kerala/Lutyens Delhi).
The Pre-Independance Nepal, SriLanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh,.. etc may have had more Ancient-Egalitarianism but due to overpower by Non-Egalitarian “Monopolistic Centralizing Anti-Diversity Exclusivistic Politico-Religio-CulturalInvasive-Ideologies, the Adi-Egalitarianism Prakritic-Naturalistics are becoming endangered or lingo-culturally exterminated, which maybe collaborated with in counts of languages and cultures lost replaced by dominative-Ideologies.
Our strategy to build Egalitarians Spaces with Sarvam Samam-Bahujan Solidarity 4 Egalitarianism can be to strengthen the core ideas of Egalitarians in all states and institutions. So we can nurture the Bahujans & Bahujan-mitraic Brothers and sisters in Egalitarian ideals.
The 3 Core Areas where India need more proactive Egalitarianism is in 1. Education_Academics for Propogation 2. Judiciary_Journalism for Social_Justice 3. Public Service & Politics for Equitable Representation.
Mostly it is injustice what Supremacistic persons in a Non-Egalitarian Society do to the marginalised.
Request to not glorify the injustice.. the boy is a victim of Supremacistic-forces.. no he did not achieve independence by being killed by an oppressor criminal.
He will get justice if the killer is convicted and brought to justice and if such incidents are stopped and ended for benefit of Egalitarianism.
It’s a dark reality.. bitter truths difficult to view..
Suicide prevention starts with deeper-empathy to view realities with less biases..
