Q: How do we make Sundays Fundays.

A: By Increasing the Quality & Quantity of Family & Friends’ Time.

Why are Sundays holidays in most places & Organisations?.

Though the start may have been religious, there is a functional and beneficial aspect for it, A day in a WEek ‘we’ become ‘ek’ One.. Its for us to take special care of our self, Family and social life, so that we may have extended shelf life together.

We are social beings, no matter where or what one is doing they are dependent on someone for somethings. The degree of dependency varies.

The position an entity takes can be positioned on the spectrum of less dependent to more dependents similarly the people dependent on the entity also varies from less dependents to more dependents. Also the quantity and quality of dependencies varies.

Now an interesting question arises with regards to a ratio Dependers(the people entities the person can depend on)/Dependents(The people dependent on him).. this would give us a view of the interdependency. The more there is equilibrium-balance the better it is for the entity and the system.

As a child a new entity has lot of dependers and less dependents. As it grows its level of dependents may increase and reach a point of more dependents similarly the dependers if there is a imbalance where he can depend on(get support from) others and not more people are depending on him(Expect his support) or vice versa where he has less people to take support of and not many taking support of him. It’s not an optimised state. For a good outcome for the system the give and take of support and systems if having a free flow where the entity does think of self and others equally if not more would be great for the society.

I have received a great lot of information, Knowledge, experiences and wisdom from a great lot of others and this may be a way to give back for the next wave. I am grateful and I hope this post may spark some interesting thoughts in our minds, emotions in our hearts and moves by our strides.

The one thing for a good life that matters most for all be it Elon Musk or the homeless persons in lifes dusk it’s the ‘Human Connections‘. Whoever we have been, whoever we are, what ever we will ever be depends on the Good Connections we make with ideas, people, places or principles. an effort to redesign these old thoughts and quotes (which are assumed to be true or Rational) to create a fresher sense in current contexts. Many a times an adage a content has a context and a conditions applied. This post is to highlight those ideas in fine prints so we have complete knowledge of each adage.

1. One doesnt have to FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT, just have to ‘take’ it till you make it.. Take on the efforts, responsibilities, hardships, Identities all that has to be done for it. Let’s do it.

2. Every dark cloud has a silver lining, only when the sun is behind it.

3. All people and Ideo-Systems(Religion and idealogies) are good, except ones who/which crave obsessively for power, wealth, centralization and domination.

4. “There is light at the end of the tunnel“, only if the tunnel has two sides. If it has two sides then the light is behind you, take a U-Turn. Take a restart to find a different tunnel with 2 sides or shovel through the dirt for freedom.(ShawShank Redemption, Sureshot Redemption)

5. “Love is Blind” and in some cases makes people deaf and dumb too, in which case It’s not love its lust(Reptilian Brain Activation of Lower gland).. actually I believe “True love is all seeing” and all sensing(NeoCortex+Pineal Gland). It can make us get highest ecstasy, not dependent on lower orgasm but on higher organisms and organic-isms.

6. Our childhoods we may have played “Ages of empires” in adulthood we are seeing the “Ages of Vampires” with no neutral umpires.

7. “Satyameva Jayate“, Truth only triumphs when more Selfs standup for the truth as a whole. If majority chose not to stand behind the truth then they push for “ASATYAM EVA JAYATHE”. Whatever be the situation I hold the deeper satyam is that “Sattvam+Satyam eva jayathe” “Goodness and Truth triumph together at every point”.

A chinky looking child was born to a doctors couple at Sikanderabad(AP-India) on the late night of World Aids day, i.e early morning of Computer Literacy day(2/12), no one knew then that he may have been destined (Mukadar ka Sikander) to be an Interest worker for critical multi-literacy among Communities/groups. To get a birth certificate the kid was arbitrarily given a name(GP) by his maternal grandpa(Sadasiva), the same stuck with him for life and created his life path.

His was a tale of 3 cities & States as he loves his Tri-roots born(Natured) in (Secunderabad) Hyderabad, brought up(Nurtured) in Bengaluru and with ancestry(Nativity) in Chennai . He soaked in the multi-cultural ethos of namma silicon city of India & the twin city of cyberabad, his training and aim was to become a multilingual polyglot, his icon was Da Vinci.

His nature is to love & care for all(Parents+Relatives+Friends+Acquitances) & was very much loved by them in return, especially his paternal grandpa Raman, which in respect & rememberance was kept as his middle name.

As luck would have it life has ups & downs, and this guy had them at the same time as an overlap. He had a stark contrasting childhood with both love & neglect in good measures. He faced the extremes of what he identifies as “triality of nature” Many caring connections(80%)(Hovering-Hooves;AvgCommonHuman(FlyingMonkeys), few very helpful positive folks(10%)(Heartful-Healers;Empaths) shining gems & also few abusing negative/toxic(10%) people(Heartless-Hurters;Narcs)(Strangers, classmates, relatives, frenemies, inlaws, strangers, acquaintances, etc) in his overall life, which has hardened his exposure to pressures like a diamond. Like diamond his life-experiences glitters with light of knowledge/insights and it aids in purification like in gold refinement by removing(Ru) the darkness(Gu) of ignorance/naivety on the path of fellow TRUTH or spiritual seekers. Behind any golden words/works in his life he does see the golden touches of nature’s goodness or gods greatness.

He studied till 10th in a Missionary Institution(SDA) where he stuck to learning and keeping the moral Ten Commandments. He was naturally a good student most times ranked Top 5 in his class till 10th Std. His school teachers liked and mentored him well. He was inspired by space movies, stories and Neil Armstrong’s mission to moon. He wanted to be an astronaut or an astrophysicist. He read many physics books and frequented the British library drooling over space and rocket photos.

He in his crucial teens joined the 11-12th Std PUC in a different college(Caths) far from his home, and also he shifted to a new neighbhorhood in 2000, This was a critical shift away from the families earlier base, he struggled to cope with travel and pressures to realise his dreams. Along with it he faced bullying behaviours by his classmates(Moved to back bench by dominating guys from dominant caste mindsets also name called as ‘Gu’ shit in hindi) and teachers. He was heart broken he skipped classes and bunked college, going to video game parlours and films on nearby MG Road.

He also loved to study in the govt public library at Cubbon park, he had Dual Luck, He did the IITs coaching test well and enrolled in IIT coaching classes, his aim was Aeronautical Engineering at IITs as he dint know of any college in Bangalore(now Bengaluru). He worked & studied hard travelling in bus daily early mornings & back late nights to & fro between college, coaching class and new home. In his final exam in one favorite subject of physics he had an emotional breakdown also his pen stopped midway, his young anxious Superstitious mind took it as a sign & decided to deliberately fail one subject(Self Sabotage) in exam(by writing for 25marks walking earlier out of exam passing was 30 marks) in order to write the next year so he can really prepare well planned for IIT-JEE(a similar thing done by few students for reattempts). He kept it a secret known only to him, luck would have it he passed the physics exam, he was shocked!!, the evaluators must have given him grace mark’s just enough to pass in Physics(as other scores were high). It was a metaphysical experience he was confused, his parents were happy he passed 12th but he was ashamed of his physics marks(depressed of his love), he locked himself up in a room the whole day. After many people coaxed him to open he opened the room, but he still dint open up or share his little stupid secrets with anyone.

Luck had it that he cleared the National IIT Prelims but he couldnt get in through the mains(MES), but he got good ranking in CET the State entrance exam and got into the top 3 College of the state. Though he compromised with his dream of aerospace and IIT. In those times he had a different method of selecting his path he listed all professions starting with letter A in diary Abbot, Architect, Aeronautic, Artist etc.. and he wanted to choose from it, a career guidance column in a news paper gave him info of a course which had equal contributions to art and science he wanted to choose that. Also his few buddies encouraged to take up the course and college.

He was a creative and studious guy, but the travel and growing up pains took a toll on him he became really thin and slim, he while having outside food got jaundice and flunked a year, he was absorbed and treated well by his junior friends in college, but again he had few challenges of heart and mind nevertheless he moved on. He curiously & luckily entered a neighboring institute(IISc) on it’s open day, and was attracted to a course in Design which opened new ways for him.

He prepared & wrote the entrance exams(GATE,CEED), he performed well getting high ranks, he attended interviews at NID(Gujarat)(got ragged/ bullied for being Non-Hindi/SouthIndian & bad train experience travelling in WL), IIT Bombay and IISc, he got it finally choosing IISc even without knowing its value or worth. (Parent of IITs- Best Ranked Indian University) as he had few direct domain mentors or guides at that time.

He completed his masters and attended the campus recruitment and got placed in an aerospace services company. What was his childhood dream of getting into aeronautics was thus realized in a little different way. Though he dint get to be an astronaut yet he still has it as one of his future dreams, he was helping people in aero companies such as Bombardier, HBC etc with building aircrafts. This is the story of GRP he wanted to get to space(musk) he faced many personal+ Social hurdles and with very few direct aids to help realize his dreams. He eventually was happy and proud of his walks, works and life.

Today as a passion he lives, designs, writes & creates multiple resourceful valuable sources, spaces & systems, GRPspaces (EoEs-EnvironmentsOfExcellence/GRP💪🤠🖖) for his dearones(Purpose/People) & others to realize their dreams and aspirations with right connections whatever/whoever they may be who wish to collaborate with an USP(Unique Serving Purpose)(by/GRP). With my experience with grps; We may observe types of people in context of grouping behaviour- groupers are 5 overall we can see listed below. Our coming together is by unknown chance but staying together is by our own decision-taken of choices & freedom-given of options. Identify the 5groupers by the group behaviours.

1.Group avoiders- avoidance of any grouping(5%)-wont join groups

2. quick quitters- being in group wait for opportunities to quit/exit groups(5%)

3. Long-stayers- are silent spectators in grp (80%).

4.CarerSharers(5%) sharing most group messages following the 5+veRs &

5. Disturbing-disrupters(5%) members practicing more 5-veDs.

In short 5 mindsets we have these choices 1.Keep away, 2.Walk away, 3. Stay Near, 4. Being Dear, 5. Bring Fear.

Lets create the group we want to see for the world.
