Empowerers’ Manifesto For Personal & Global Collective Transcendence Through the RES-Q Method /GRP. 3_Steps towards a more Rational, Ethical & Sustainable_QualityWorld.

For our Self-Knowledge there are three “3 Most Important Self-Tests” are needed for all citizens are here (RQ, EQ & SQ-Tests). A proposal for “RES-Qing the world” in dis-ease and bring about a transformation not only for moving from world-unease [-ve:(] to world-peace [0:)] but to world-Happiness [+ve:)].

The human-human, Nation-Nation & fundamentally Ideology-Ideology conflicts stems from similar root causes which can be linked to 3 core areas of R.E.S -Quotients. Though these 3 Qualities needed in all entities, the faculties which need to champion with higher quantities are given under below 3 point- Paragraphs.

The RES-Q model plan can be used to evaluate the validity and applicability of an idea or idealogues keeping these 3 Critical_areas in mind. Just like Government has 3 pillars of :-

1. Executive(Hands of Sciences.) (Rational–Intelligence, Police-Military & Bureaucrats) driven by Arts, Commerce & Sciences-Subjects.

2. Judiciary & Academia (Hearts with Conscience.) (Ethics-Emotional-Quotience) (Judicial & Higher-Academia) Driven by Personal-Values, Laws & Humanities-Subjects.

3. Legislative(Heads with Excellence) (Social-Intelligence _Political), Driven by Political and Social Psyche Dynamics Subjects.

& 4th pillar or Base is…

4. Public as Government (Bodies with Transience) CivicSociety, Industries, Subsidary-General Academia & Journalist_Media (Quantum of People) (RES-Q Syncd).

5th external Factors..

5. External Moderators (Places with Global-essence). Neighbouring Countries, UN & International Civic Societies & Communities.

1. R stands for Quotient of Rationality. This is related to the average IQ(Intelligence-Quotient) of the person, collectively of the family, state & nation. The use of it is in the personal-Intellectuality , public policy, constitution, frameworks, educatory and academic systems. Based on Critical-Thinking & Logical-Reasoning to empower Rationalism & Scientism at the grass root level. Do take the RQ test (Now & Come to next step) to measure and improve our score. This capability will help us in sensing & knowing what’s logically or technically correct or incorrect. Eg. Socrates, Albert_Einstein & C.V Raman. Leonardo, CEOs, Scientists, Technologists & Rationalists. Linked with mastery of principles of Science and Finance. This primarily is invocation of Rational_Generational-factors. Eg. CTO chief technology officer of Companies. Chief Secretaries of Ministries(IAS) & Chiefs of Defence Staffs.

2. E Stands for Quotient of Ethics. This is related to the average Moral Quotient of people, groups & nations. Useful in the administrative, corporates and Judicial systems. Based on Ethical-Thinking & Moral-Reasoning to empower Idealism & Justice at the mid level. Do take the MQ test (Here & Now) and u may leave your scores in the comments below. Based on Collective-Thinking & Social-Reasoning to empower Civilism, Civility, & excellence of civism at the top level. Do take the SQ Test (From Here Now) to Benchmark yourself and your peer-group and nation. This capability will help us gauge and do what’s socially-Civically helpful or hurtful. Conclusion: Right now the education and social systems are based on more Tyrannical _Financial Rewards System, which makes the (Systems, Principals, Agents & Reagents) biased towards taking Exploitative Advantage of Rationality and Material Sciences, thus Neglecting values in Ethics, Cultural & Social-Responsibilty. Most of the Troubles we facing are rooted in the deficiency of ethics, morality and psychosocial-intelligence.

These three Critical capabilities(RES-Q) when balanced can bring in more resonance of Rationality, Ethicality and Sociality. The current trend of Disharmony is because we have imbalanced advance ment of material_sciences & lack in Humanistic & Social_Sciences. This imbalance is cause of the Viscious cycling with errors and terrors of judgements. Tri-Balance(Tralance) on other hand This Virtuous Tricycling can propel us towards Self-actualization and “Global Collective-Transcendence” with reference to Maslows hierchy of needs.

These 5 steps of life is tracing any Womens-Journey from a girl to an Empowered-lady to an Empowering-Women.

Stage 1. As a Infant-child a woman is a born Warrior naturally resilient, from the day she is born she fights risks, social-prejudices & parental/familial-biases. Being a daughter she may also be a worrier about welfare of her parents, siblings and relatives and sometimes the world. (Age 0-10). Eg. Greta Thunberg, Malala Yousafzai and other great fighter & compassionate-girls.

Stage 2. As a School/College-kid a woman is a good Observer. Her observational and perceptional skills are so wide and deep that it connects and keenly observes the guidance of good environmental factors like ethical-elders and genuine-sources. Building relationships as friends, playmates, classmates, students. (Age 10-20). Eg Ideal-Like Marie-Curie, Sarojini Naidu, Joan of arc, Shakuntala-Devi,..etc

Stage 3. As an adult women she can be an able Manager of tasks and goals at eduplace, workplace, home and in society. Well-Cultured & Matured women are backbone of families as home-makers and of office/workplaces as graduates, employees, entrepreneurs & value-makers. (Ages: 20-60). eg: Sudha-Murthy, Indira-Nooyi, Allada-Mara Thimmaka, Sister Nivedita, Indira Gandhi, Jayalalitha, woman in the workforces & defence services, Indian-HomeMakers, etc

Stage 4. As a citizen, family member, friend, spouse, sister, parent, colleague, mentor or teacher she is Ever-loving with other citizens & her siblings, relatives, friends, spouse & children. One can learn unconditional care & love from an Every-loving women who maybe a friend, spouse, colleague, mother, sister, aunt or teacher. (Ages 30-60). Eg. Sharada-Devi, Rani-Chennama, Jhansi ki rani, Kasturba Gandhi, women with duty of care, creating integrative_families & communities, PRIYA-mitras, etc

Stage 5. As a Genetic-Progenitor, Grand-parent and Senior-Citizen she is Nurturer in the roles of guides, parent, teacher, aunt, guardian, grandparent & Senior Citizen. Her natural valuable experiencesharing & cultural nurturing and mentoring of next generation cultured-women she can create for a happy and healthy families, communities & society. Thus the senior generation protects & projects the next generations of the world. (Age 40 to 60+) Mother-Theresa, Kamakshi Subramanian, Maya Angelou, Louise-Hay, Annie Besant, H.P.Blavatsky, Auroville-mother, Korean-Queen from India, Sindutai… etc

Conclusion: Women especially the motherly and sisterly are the Great bi-contributing force of family, Society and Nation.. If they are Ethical, Cultured, Moral & Upright Rationally they have the power of transformation of any nation. Like the Roots of a Tree they hold the underlying inter-web of a society that create and hold up healthy homes as grannies, siblings, Wifes, house maids, nursing & nurturing mothers.

In Nursing homes as Birthing Doctors and lady Nurses(Florence Nightingale). In parlours as makeup artists to beautify beasty faces..

While the leading & Complementing Men are the shoots and branches of the society which bring the fruits of labour home to the roots of family they are externally visible like grandpas buying stuffs for family also at non-home risky places like in jungles, on roads, Transport Vehicles, delivery boys, at Borders, In Police Stations, on workshops heavy Industry factories, in sewage drains.. etc.

2. Life Event in 5 lines happened in 2010. A false- Trial near the Trial rooms:

I bought a canvas shoe previous week at the star-bazar store and happily wearing it walked in with my cousin to sunday-shop. I took clothes to trial rooms and tried out for right size, during which to my surprise found in a corner behind door a pair of old shoes. Immediately informed the trial rooms guard about it and we left for the next floor. After 15 minutes me and my cousin were sitting in the security room wrongly accused of shop lifting by the same watchman whom I tried to inform & help. I defended myself by asking them to check the video of my entry into store with same shoe and we were acquitted and left free after examination of my own shoe.

Tip: Beware of this at trial rooms check it’s clear without any abandoned things before you enter and use.

1. Lifevent/Story1 happened on 6/3/22: The Judge’s path.

One evening passing by a street, saw few policemen seated on plastic chairs over the footpath. Also spotted an unlit police-car beside a well-lit house. mWe the principled-people of humanity…. pledge our allegiance to our country & nationality and also to Ideals & Humanity. To keep the Principles of Egalitarianism, Rationalism and Secular-Humanism as Prime Importance before any other ideologies.

Mind-spaces leads to Mind-frames leads to Mindsets.

Trying to ideate and bring out the 5 different primary quality of relationships that can occur and develop between two entities, beings or humans(Cities, States, Nations, Gene-Races, Religions, Continents and Idealogies). This Categorizations can be used to evaluate the power dynamics between entities to see if its tending towards progress (Egalitarianism with power-balances, successes, Fairness & Justice in systems with higher PeaceFul-Outcomes) or regress (Discriminationism with more power-imbalances, errors-failures, Unfairness and injustice in systems with higher Painful-Outcomes).

Get Exdependence from Pain and move towards peace.

1. Dependence(Nirbartha): (The Server-Served Relations).

One Side Depends fully on another for its needs and leads(Inputs & Processing). While may not give anything in return. Eg: 1. Infant has dependence on parents or guardians. 2. Citizens have dependence on their community, city or state for Education, Health, Civility & National Security. 2. Newbie East India Company and Mughal-India. This relationship may be nurturing or introductory in nature with positive outcomes for all in the space that creates Healthy or growing Bonds. The power-equation is one-sided with or without free-consent. There is Cooperation with Give and take. Giving Fish or Vegan-dish to someone needy. The Trust level is limited to the Transactions and is not absolute.

2. Codependence(Du-Nirbar): (The Master-Slave or Abuser-Victim Relations) This is where one entity becomes needy of the other and creates an unhealthy bond where one is gaining more and other is gaining less power, while being kept in trauma-bond without any free choice or voice. Eg. Created Dependence of east India company on pre-occupied India. Re-Invasion of Ukraine by Russia(2022). Intent maybe to disempower, over-power & keep status-quo a one-sided power equation with coercion & without consent. Monopolistic-Power dynamics operating here. It’s principle of Conquer, Divide & Rule. There is principle of Take all and give small. Eg: Cultic-Monopolistic Ideologies & Idealogues. This path leads to more Fixed-Mindsets. Game of Dominance. Selling your Fish to someone, cut/ban his access to any other food and get him addicted to fish that you control. There is Psuedo-Trust, False-trust, Negative-Trust in this relation that one or both entities in relation aren’t fair or trustworthy.

3. Independence(Anirbar/Swatantra) or Self-Reliance(Swa-nirbar/Atma-nirbar) (Stranger-Stranger Relations): This is where an entity becomes free of the controlling and Dominance-relational transactions. where the entity by itself or by initiative of other entities end the inequal power-bonding. Eg: free-India from British Monarchy. Retreat of US from Afghanistan or Russia from Ukraine. Need no give or take between entities. Game of Prominence. Give him choice of Fish as per his wish no overt-compulsion or covert-coercion. There is less relevance of inter-entity trust in this case, there will be reliance on the shared environmental-reliability and implicit associated-Trust level.

4. Interdependence(Sama-nirbar/Mitr’-Nirbar):(Peer2Peer & Family-Friend Equitable-Freeing Relations) This where the relationship between the two entities is of equal and fair dealing. The two sides are connected, trusting, supporting & depending on each other and sustain each other for their needs while willingly serving the others connected needs. The power-equation is balanced and matured. Eg: your life-relation with Self & Dearones relatives close to you: Current relationship between Free-India & Europe or US. There is free, Mutually-beneficial Give and Take. A space of Limited-Empowerment until keeping the relation captive or transactive. Game of Symbience. Give him fish, teach him to fish maybe make him a partner in fishing. Trust level is above average and is mutual.

5. Prin-dependence or En-dependence or ExDependence (Siddanta-Nirbar(Principled), upa-nirbhar, Nir-nirbar, ): (The Empowerer-Empowered Teacher-Learner Relations) This is a dependent relationship which is formed to empower the independence of the submissive or disempowered entities. Here the idea is to create relationships with 3 phases of Nurture(Infancy-Ignorant), Support(Adolescence-Aware) and Release(Fully Responsible-Adult/Trained). Eg. 3-phases of Apple-Inc & US(Environment), Garage, One-Building & International Company. Eg2: a good Educational System, 1. Inducts-Neophytes, 2. Trains-Professionals, 3. Empowers-Excellors/Leaders. It’s not based on Monarchy(rule of one) or Anarchy(rule of none) but on Panarchy (rules of and for all). There is More Empowerments, Collaborations, Cooperations and less Conflicted-Competitions. This path leads to more Growth-Mindsets. Game of Collective-Excellence. Give fish and teach him fish-rearing and help him setup fisheries together contribute to International fishing or enable him to become vegan and have hirs end-dependence or freed-dependence from fish, fishing and the fisheries. Trust level is peak 100%.. It can be that one trusts the other more than its self-trust.

Our Goal is much of India has reached stage of Independence(1947-90) and Interdependence(1990-2020), our next goal can be to create the collective exdependence, endependence(EndDependence) or even prin-dependence (Dependence on Principles. systemic-entities which are empowered with decentralized autonomous Entities (families & groups, Nations/Countries) (DAEs & DAFs).

We can by unifying more Rationally-Civically and less Emotionally-Politically move towards desired and more “safer-environments of resolutions,” complementations, contentments, smoother collaborations and co-existence. Thus impact the Life Conflicts:Resolution Ratio.

This can be done by 3 Modes:

1.Situational-Understanding (in individuals/people & family-units),

2. Social-Awareness (across civic groups) &

3. Constitutional/Judicial peace-keeping (by Systemic Agents).

The main sources of social_conflicts can be attributed to Narcisstic-Systems & Dysfunctional-Defective Agents. Created by pyramid like-networks (Triads) working by principle of strangulation by triangulation. These Triads victimize individuals/Target-groups emotionally and they are not alone/isolated but it’s done implicitly & systemically (all-Pervasive) and systematically (Processes), the narc-systems have Narc-teams in a Triadic/ like Bermuda Triangle with 3 sectors 1.Narc-leaders 2. Narc-allies and 3. Silent-enablers.

Geometrically and Structurally Triangles and Hexagon are the most strongest lattice forms and Structures. Symbiotic Relationship is between 2 Mutually Beneficial entities, Here we describe Triombiotic-Relationships (A Working-Triangular Interaction).

Who are Narcs?(Apex Point of Human Bermuda Triangles): Simply Narcs are people who are more selfish, aggressive, dominating, secretive, lying, false-accusational, opportunists without giving opportunity to others views-feelings, fixed-mindset and manipulative than the rest of the average common man. Basically they are the proverbial ‘Wolf in Sheep’s clothing’. They are more Wolfish(Secretive_Criminal) than average and target the Sheeple(Innocent-Ignorant). The Narcs cumulative Help/Hurt_ratio in life maybe in low range among the population. We may find such personalities attracted to professions of power and others-control like Police, Defence, Legal System, Illegal systems, Politics, Authoritative-positions(Academia, Teaching, Coaching etc), basically places where there is enough narc-supply of 5Ws(Worldly-things, Wealth, Wine, Women & Wemen). Their overall attitude is more self-serving and immediate-selves(the nearest-family or narc-allies). Favourite Words: “Its my life & I don’t Care about others(unless its gives me money)”. Inner thoughts “I care mostly for my things & people/places giving me more things & pleasures”. They intend to take more from others than what they can or may want to give in return.

Medically Narcs are biasd-brains with low Mirror-Neurons (Genetic, which doesnt give them access to others realities & enables them to hurt-exploit others without conscience or any emotional-response? It maybe genetic or trained environmentally. Want to know where one stands can take this test. Disclaimer this maybe current status it can be healed or changed. Who are the Empaths? Creation of Sumedha_Triangles:

Simply Narcs are people who are more selfless, assertive/submissive, Harmonating, Transparent and collaborative than the rest of the average common man. Basically they are the proverbial ‘Sheep-dogs in their own clothing‘. They are more Dogish_loyals(Anti_Criminal) than average and intent to protect the Sheeple(Innocent-Ignorant). The empaths cumulative Help/Hurt_ratio in life maybe at high range among the population. Their attitude is of serving others for welfare. Medically these are brains with higher density of Mirror-Neurons. This makes the sensitive to others pain and that’s why they are mostly attracted to professions of empathic-services like doctors, civil/public services, nurses, school teachers, home-science, Sociology, NGOs, Judicial_Activism, etc..

The Narc-Triad/Pyramid of personalities (GRPian_Idea) is related to the Dark Traid of Personality.

What’s the Narc-Team & Empaths-Team?

Its an idea about a triangular relation with the Narcs at the top of pyramid on their right hand are the Narc-Allies & on the left hand are the Silent-Enablers. This Triangulation works at the vicious-cycles, drawing in centralizing resources like the whirlpool.

The Narc-Allies:

They are the allies and collaborators of the Narc-system, they may be (Ignorant, voluntary or involuntary). They may have high levels of narcissistic-traits as in test. Maybe lower than the narcs but higher than average. They are the side-kicks of villains in the movie of life. Like flying monkey in movie the wizard of oz. They carryout & support the master-plan of the narcs in destabilizing the harmony of the eco-system. They are the 2nd circle proximate to Narc-agents.

The Silent-enablers

They are the 3rd point/circle of the Narcs-Triad. These are brains which know of the capability, capacity & captivity of the core narc-team but are mute silent spectators of Narc-abuse and enable the continuum of the Bermuda Triangle of control and Competition.

The opposite of this is the Empaths-Team,

Which is less about power and more about empowering self and others. It’s the people with the light-triad moving in a virtuous-cycle. spinning out decentralizing powers and resources which is like a reverse of black hole it’s a light-soul.

The Empathic-team has similarly Ethical-Allies(Truth Seekers and Speakers) and but unlike the silent-enablers in narc-team, there are Resilient-enablers, who see the reality of narcs and support the empaths as active-bystanders instead of passive-bystanders.

This is a recurring conflict of light of truth, ethics, morality, assertions and rationality with the darkness of lies, wealthics, immorality, assumptions and irrationality.

It is the spectrum of the 2 opposing triads in the game of lifes. The Vicious Cycles unite the toxic-things and divide the people more, the Virtuous cycles distribute the tonic-things and unify the people more. This page is as a Self-Awareness test to realize which cycle are we in.?

The interactions of the 2 Triads are at 3 levels: 1st level Strangers here the risk of narc-hurt is minimal it’s just leads to confusion, 2nd level of Acquaintances, here the narc-abuse is substantial it leads to conflicts. 3rd level partnerships (Transactional,financial, romantic & relational) this is the worst level where the hurt and injury is heavy with loss to health, wealth and reputation. It’s a long-term healing and recovery which needs more Empathic team around them and less of Narc-teams.

My/our Hypothesis here is the Positivity or Negativity of any agent, group, subsystem or superSystem depends on the one Social-Ratio that is *Empaths:Average:Narcissists* within that system, and if the leadership and rules are created and maintained by the Empaths and not by Narcs.. the Average in the middle are Sheeple who have very less choice or free will when lead by the Narc-Wolfs or more liberty and happiness when they choose the ally to be lead by Servant leaders the GuardDogs or SheepDogs.
