Whether it’s by eating Badam, Saffron applying Turmeric or Creams; which is the best way to be more Fair and achieve More_Fairness in societies? (Rhetoric)
We see the world moving towards more unfairness, conflicts gets polarized instead of being resolved and lot of fractures and irreversible changes happen.
The problem we can see is in schools and college we can learn about more Material-Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology-Medical Science, Computers… etc) & also about Arts and Commerce (Language, History, Geography, Finances Banking, etc) and also Humanities (Psychology, Law, Political Studies).. but few Critical Subjects are Missing which brings in us a lack in the system.
This lack is what may be a gap in our social-fabric which may translate to general lack in fairness.
To be fair is to be impartial to be free of bias, logical fallacies, presumptions, unreasonable-assumptions.
Now how can we do that.
There are 3 methods towards being fair to fairness.
1. Understand Ones and peoples Implicit-Bias. Think Are you are fair and not Biased? verify how much we may be biased here.
There are different spaces, places and groups with levels of Rationalness dependent on their Rationality-Awareness and Practice of Scientific-Methods.
When we are aware of the 3 points above we can be more fair in life and spread more fairness.

The Kind of mother& father you get determines how you were nurtured as a child and what kind of family-choices you made & are making now. Also Kind of personality of your Mother-in Law you have will determine your spouse’s bio-psychological & moral character and role-modeling as the next mother/father in your clan (it can be constructive or destructive depends on mother’s nature as created by mother-nature). An Act to provide for protection of the interests of consumers/Marriers/Lovers and for the said purpose, to establish authorities for timely and effective administration and settlement of Consumers’/Marriers/Lovers disputes and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title, extent, commencement and application.—(1) This Act may be called the Marrier Protection Act, 2030. (2) It may extend to the whole of World & India as per the Utility of Global-Citizenry. (3) It shall come into force on such date1 as the Global Citizens and Marriers may, by Acceptance, application & notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different States and for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision. (4) Save as otherwise expressly provided by the Global Humanity, by notification, this Act shall apply to all Marriers and marital-services. 2. Definitions.—In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (1) “Marital-advertisement” Bio-Data, Tinder-dating or Matrimony- app, Media, FB Profile means any audio or visual publicity, representation, endorsement or pronouncement made by means of light, sound, smoke, gas, print, electronic media, internet or website and includes any notice, circular, label, wrapper, invoice or such other documents motivated to see Spouse or Prospects for affairs; (2) “appropriate marital-laboratory” means a laboratory or an organisation— (i) recognised by the Marriers Council; or (ii) recognised by a State Government, subject to such guidelines as may be issued by the Central Government in this behalf; or (iii) established by or under any law for the time being in force, which is maintained, financed or aided by the Central Government or a State Government for carrying out analysis or test of any person with a view to determining whether such marriers or Marital-services suffer from any character or biological defects; (3) “branch office” means— (i) any office or place of work described as a branch by the establishment; or (ii) any establishment carrying on either the same or substantially the same activity carried on by the head office of the establishment; (4) “Central Authority” means the Central Marrier Protection Authority established under section 10; (5) “Marital_Relational- complainant” means— (i) a marrier(One who Marries); or (ii) any of the Aggrieved Marital-Family Members or voluntary marriers welfare association/groups.
(9) “Marrier rights” of Citizens includes,– (i) the right to be protected against the marketing or Marital-contracting of persons, families or clans which are hazardous to Marriers socio-mental life and property; (ii) the right to be informed about the family or Persons quality, quantity, impotency, purity, standard and of Spouse, Spousal-circles or relevant communities, as the case may be, so as to protect the marrier against unfair marital practices (Like Spousal-Abuse, Desertions or Fraud-Litigations); (iii) the right to be assured, wherever possible, access to a variety of persons, familes or Marital services at competitive values & prices; (iv) the right to be heard and to be assured that marrier’s interests will receive due consideration at appropriate for a; (v) the right to seek redressal against unfair marital practice or restrictive marital practices or unscrupulous exploitation of marriers; and (vi) the right to Proper complete “Marital Awareness;” (10) “Marital-defect” means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming in the character, quality, quantity, impotency, Moral purity or standard which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or under any contract, express or implied or as is claimed by the marrier in any manner whatsoever in relation to any characters, persons or familes and the expression “defective” shall be construed accordingly; (11) “Marital-deficiency” means any fault, imperfection, shortcoming or inadequacy in the quality, nature and manner of performance which is required to be maintained by or under any law for the time being in force or has been undertaken to be performed by a Marrier, Marrier-Couples and their families+friends in pursuance of a marital-contract or otherwise in relation to any marital service and includes— (i) any act of negligence or omission or commission by such marital-persons which causes loss or injury to the marrier; and (ii) deliberate fraudulent withholding of relevant information by such person to the marrier; shall be co-liable also community-arranged marriages needs Absolute-Liability of the Spouses-Circles, Matrimonial-Agents and Brokers(Bhartha-Matrimony, Shaadi-Barbaadi.com, Jeevan-Haathi.com(No one wants to see the growing White Elephant calf… etc) Marrier_Community or communities.
4. Useful Point: Be careful dear Linguistic-Egalitarians (Ones who feel Equal Respect for all Languages) there may be Linguistic_Supremacists lurking near us it can be in any form (Queens-English, Hindi(most dominant), Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc). My Personal Experience: As an Indian from the Souths (Rooted in Karnataka, Andhra & TamilNadu), I have Learnt Hindi (ICSE & Madhyama Certificate) and Love Hindi too, I have Studied Sanskrit and use Sanskrit too. I am a polyglot with liking for and speak 4 Indian Languages and learnt lil bit of German too..
But I am sad to have Faced Linguistic_Bullying in Multiple Places & Times most significant is at NID National Institute of Design(Ahmedabad) in year 2008. When I along with another 3 Bengalurean friends had been there for Interviews for Masters in Design. Where we were stopped by some NIDians and asked to sing Hindi Songs and made to sit/squat on the road while the seniors sat on chairs and this was Ragging even before interviews or admissions.
I also saw earlier in my Bachelors degree (MSR) where there was groupism among Hindi and Non-Hindi Speaking students, where Hindi Speakers where expressing dominative and superior attitudes and ganging up over the non-hindi speakers. This was creating a toxic and less safer educational environment in class. There was incidents where 3 north Indian Hindi Speakers took 3 south Indian language speaking girlfriends. This is Linguistic Love_recruitment, whereas North Indian girls moved with north Indian boys only.. so ineffect there was imbalance of pairing equity, where Northies were taking advantage over the southies, on their home turf. While there is an anti-south/Anti-Dravidian atmosphere in the north based universities and edu study places.
Such hindi-supremacism or preferrentialism also can be seen in Central Academic Institutes(IIXs), though I spoke Hindi fluently I witnessed some difficulty faced by my fellow Non-Hindi batchmates were kinda made uncomfortable to be Hindi-Ignorant are sometimes were teased too. when I was not with my Hindi Friends on other side I was made to feel uncomfortable due to reverse bias of Non-Hindism.. I was like the Cat on the wall being engaging in polylingualism, at one had encouraged to speak Hindi on other shunned for speaking hindi by non-speakers too at few instances.
This was troubling in a way, I like to speak with friends in their language of most comfort. I made friends from Multiple Linguistic Communities, the student elections are also on Linguistic basis and also there seems to be factionism and dominance of some Less-egalitarian Linguistic groups too. Inspite of this I enjoyed Learning and Education but coping with biases and prejudices takes a big toll as a student too. My advice to Youngsters Learn and respect your languages of Interest and don’t disrespect any other languages.
From 2011 onwards I did’nt face this is in a Tech Company I worked for in Bangalore. The Linguistic Diversity and Integration was good. Though there was little bit of regionalism of sort in it.
Being a Bengalurean is a lovely Diverse & inclusive place and it gives people opportunities not only in employment but also in Linguistic+Cultural Educations that is why we have multiLinguistic and Multi-cultural friendships.
3. Conclusion: Monopolizing or Supremacistic Tendencies of any languages(Native or Foreign origin) or ideology or sections if not seen, exposed and addressed in time can turn into threats to Free Linguistic-Expressions & Peaceful_Co-existence of Landers and Languages.
Our Indian Constitution Empowers Social-Equality & Linguistic-Egalitarianism in our Fundamental Rights Article 19, Art 21 and Art.29 (for Language-Minorities(Non-Hindi) of Freedom of Speech & Expression, liberty and Culture protects Multiple Diversity & Inclusion, Respect of Indian-Languages and cultures and helps in preventing language Monopoly & Supremacy in India.
All Indian-Language matters as It’s not only about expression but it’s also about Transmission of Richness of Traditional Wisdom and Culture. Please Stop #Language_Supremacy or #OneLanguage_Imposition and Lets Build on National Unity and Integrity not by Minimizing or Polarizing languages or cultures but by Egalitarianism promoting Diversity, Inclusion and empowerment of diffrent colors of languages and culture. That’s what’s makes us Credible & Incredible India. Not One Nation, One Language, But One Nation, 22 Official_Languages.

Dravidian languages And Non-Hindi Languages (N-E, N-W etc) all are easy targets and vulnerables of Hindi Supremacism in the Govt of India and the Hindi Belt.
Asserting dravidian languages are falsely claimed to be Supremacistic. Victim_Blaming.
We may agree Proto-Dravidians languages are older.. But we would not agree that some language is the best over all the rest in the world. Some biased political parties may have this propoganda to fire their voters pride. But defending their own native languages is right, and offending other languages is not right.
