Regarding Yoga-traditions we see there are ardent fans, practitioners and valuers on one side, and on otherside die hard opposers and devaluers of all yoga systems. All Yoga is not one there is a YogicSpectrum from Positive_yogas to Negative_yogas. Being aware is being wiser.
I have experienced and explored the following yoga schools,
1. Astanga/Hatha Yoga at RIMSE(Mysore) & VK Ashram Bangalore.
There may be many more 99 varieties of Yoga to be explored..
I have also crically observed Yoga Schools like tantrik Yoga, Sun Yoga, PAM Sahaj Yoga, Bodhidharman Zazen yoga @, power yoga, zen yoga, pranic yoga, hot sauna yoga, beer yoga, A2z Yoga etc..
3 Sides of Yogas and other things.
1. The Positive_Yogas i.e Scientific and rational evidence based yogic systems, holistic practices with use of rationalism & dedication. To share good wisdom and empower people’s health and well being of society. Eg of Satvic-Yoga towards Satya Yuga.
2. The Neutral_Yogas Unscientific and Arty. Just simple practice with zero intellectual or research engagement. Just Fad or fashion of Yoga by copycatism. Its just superficial engagement for health & wealth. Eg. Shunya-Yoga neither Balance of Satvic and asatvic-Yoga.
3. The Negative_yogas Anti-Scientific and Cultic. Its Superstitious and false fiction based yogic claims and misinformation. Here Yoga is used as a tool to gain power and entrap people by stealth. Eg. of RAJASIC-yoga or Tamasic-Yoga.

Yoga is an Integrated system not only a Collection of physical stretches & Asanas. It covers Physical, Mental, Hormonal, Emotional-Spiritual & Social, ‘Unions’and Wholistic Integration(Syncing) between the Agent(Person’s Internals) and the System(Person’sExternals)
Yogas can help or hurt you, it depends in the Traditions (Schools & lineage) and the Traders (Scholars and Teachers).
What are more truer-yogas and which are falser_yogas, how to know the differences of which are which? And who is who?
When we overgeneralize Science or even yoga we miss out on the depth and details, I refer things as Sciences and Yogic-traditions, and not limiting Science and Yoga. To note the plurality and diversity these words imply.
“Restrictions of Yogas” Depends on which “Yogas” are being referred.. like we can mostly seen.. There is nothing as a monolith(all or none), its more a spectrum or gradations (Few and more).
Here are variety of yogic traditions, many are open and inclusive , few may be closed and exclusive.

Article 25-29 of Indian_National_Constitution provides for religious-freedom to its citizens. Similarly which religions provide and how much is provided for others’ religious/political_tolerance in their religious-Constitutions (Scriptures) (by their respective PBUT Founders, Faithers’ or re_Framers)?.
The greatest of Indian_Religions that defines India is not Buddhism, Hinduism, Islamism or anyother-ism but it’s the “neo Indian_Constitutionalism” from 1950, and the greatest Indian Holy Scripture is the Indian_Constitution created & practiced by “We the people” of and from India.
Our Ideals as Indians: _Indian Firstly & Lastly #OnlyIndianFirst.. Indianism is a religion, The Indian Constitution is the holiest of all holy words of the worlds’ scriptures or books . The Ideal_Revered by Indianism is “INDIA the nation” or BharatMata or BharatBrata (Brother-India).. the Slogan is “Vande Mataram” that is Salutes to the “MotherLand India” or Jai Hind/Bharath, Hail India.
There are estimated currently to be4300+ Religions in the world(Citation source is hyperlinked), I am skeptical of this number may be exaggerated, my guestimate for important ones is 5 per Continent/Century estimated is 300 top Religions (both living and dead). If more truer clear number is known please post in comments. Is it possible to see the general_commonalities of most religions & those few unique_differences that build the brand of the religions. Exclusive/Supremacistic_Religious_ideologies, individuals & groups are dual_moded they unite, provide and support the in_people (as neophytes, followers, apostles, practitioners or believers) and divide or avoid and target people as (outsiders, ex-religionists, unbelievers, apostates, kafirs, nasthic, anti-theists, Anti-Religious.. etc).

Most categorization is of Eastern and Western Religions based on the map of world eastern religions are those with origins in continents of Asia and Australia. Western & Mid-eastern religions are those that are of later from african, arabian, european and american continents.

Colonization and Control; of the markets is with products & Services, of the culture is through language, of the land is by armies and technology, of mind is through Socio-religious ideologies, of the glands is through family & marital laws practices, of the food and produce by Diet-control.
In 2018 my mother (Dr.Gowri, a Gynaecologist 65Yrs @ Bengaluru_India) had an accident at home she hurt her knee, the pain continued and a orthopeadic suggested her steroids injection and Knee replacement surgery. As the pain was excruciating she was forced to say ok for surgery.
I told her to take 2 more opinions from other modalities, also from my Aunt (Radi_Chitha Thank You Chitha!!) who had faced knee pain issue and had healed..
She spoke to her in Bengaluru and she referred to a place called SPARCC. We consulted the chief doctor Dr. Kannan Pugzhalendi online as it was during lockdown of 2020.
He saw all the X-ray and MRI reports and said he would treat with myo-facial physiotherapy, exercises and other modalities(methods of treatment). It was also case of post viral affect on joints.
We went to Indiranagar Centre also for my dads spondilysis in neck. They both took treatment at SPARRC for 2 months, and followup at SPARCC_Jayanagar for 1 month.
We followed up at home for 3 more months and I did the Health Coach Instructor course for 1 month too.
Results: We found my mother’s knee pain and my father’s Neck pain healed without any surgery and pain free their movements and muscular abilities improved. Earlier my mother was afraid of climbing stairs with here stiffness and pain now she could.

2.Rhetorical-Skepticism. Being skeptical using rhetoric(lesser logic) to refute the claims without providing deeper logic nor references behind events and conclusion. May divert to superficial emotional triggering and contest. Focus here is blind targetting of out-group People or their Ideas. (Ad Hominem and Call for Authority). Blind-Skepticism vs Aware-Skepticism.

I think its more clear this way.. Atheism asserts nothing about Theism(Godism). It only rejects what one fails to prove about God.
Going by word analysis *Skeptic-ism:* is being doubtful or skeptical of statements, assertions or theories that which haven’t been proved. _GRP.
*Scientific Skepticism:* Rejects or accepts what the community hasnt proved or has proved Scientifically.
A-theism: or a-religionism can be non-theism I.e not following any theism (Theists-Godists). Or irreligious not following any religions or Anti-theism being against religionism.
Atheism for its definition depends on theism.. alternatively below 2-isms are better Scientifically.
Rationalism and Secular-Humanism are positive definitions for empathic-skepticism.

What is a marriage? It’s a Socio-legal Tripartite Contract between the two spouse and the society (Religion, Nation-State and Nature). Note if it was only between two they both will do it in agreement only with 2(Spouses) not with others reference, presence or influence.. like live-in or affair (unregistered with society). Marriage is fundamental to any society as it creates a family which is a replicable unit of society and its not an individual.. an individual is un succeeding or replicable themself. Only a family can create or succeed another family.
