“Classteed“: Its the Merged/Clustered entity of Class (Economic/Financial-Factor), Caste (Socio-Biological-Factor) & Creed (Religio-Political/Ideological-Factor) the 3 Critical factors of Monetary-Status, Socio-Genetic_Status & Morality-Community_Status of a Person/Family/Clan or Group. Because these 3-factors are closely relevant and interrelated in Indian Social Scenarios. Higher-status Elitist Dominant Narcs Vs Lower-status Equalist Marginalized Empaths.

In Social-Dynamics the personal, familial & groups status of a person/family/group matters for the capability, capacity & opportunity-capitalization of that person/family or group. Supremacism (MeOnly/Materiality-First) vs Supremism (WeAll/Humanity-First).

Important Note: Higher & Lower attributed to an identity in social-dynamics is oppressive in nature creating a forced hierarchical system.. instead needs to be Privileged and Deprived or Dominant & Suppressed/Marginalized/Oppressed.

The 3 critical statuses of a person matters for personal-power dynamics.. Class-Status, Caste/Race-Status and the Creed-Status. Eg. An Indian from Lower Income Group, of Blackward-CasteRace and lesser Edu-Career-political Community access, is at a lower power-status compared to an Indian from Higher Income group of Forward-CasteRace and more Edu-Career-political Community Access.

The 3-Places and stages that is impacted by your Classteed-Status.

1. @Home: The ability to marry(Endogamy) and create Family alliance and start families and next generation is controlled. Segregated Housing is divided by classte more in rural and also in urban settlements. Look around your home and neighborhood which classte is dominant/represented more numerically and qualitatively and which is not like in a mohala or in a agrahara or a Christian/Sikh Settlement.

2. @Learning-Places of Education: The diversity of classteed-statuses in a place plays a pivotal role in the experience and exposures of an individual/group whether the teachers and students are sensitized by anti all-discrimination awareness trainings. If not the teacher-student may face extremes or exploitation conditions based on their classteed status.

Conclusion: Thus Conflicts of Interests and biases are based In hierarchies and differentials of totally 6-Cs Class, Caste, Creeds, Cunt-Clit (Clasteender), Clan, Country & Consciences. There needs to be counter to these irrationational 6-C Biases of Supremacism by 3-Basis of Supremism of Compassion for All-Humanity, Constitution for Citizens-Civility & Correction for group-prejudices.

its easy to talk in binaries(A Vs Z) when the Set is A to Z. but it derails solutions-thinking.. Bhramins(Elitest) Vs Non-Bhramins(Non-Elites the othered).. but it reduces a complex issue and makes solutions difficult.. request not to polarize by over simplification of multi entities system.. like a one community vs another community.. Society is much complex due to its spectral diversity.. so the key words to this Solutions are, Generationally Disadvantaged/Advantaged, Affirmative actions, Social capital, graded inequality, Oligarchy.. etc. these are systemic issues, to be understood statistically & systematically and not individually or anecdotally. is easy to be misunderstood in to be not seen in entirety with socio-systems thinking and not B/W thinking..
