What’s the Colonialization level of your mind?..

Mine was 100% Colonialized till 2010 and 75% till 2016 now its about 50% Colonialized and 50% reversed by Mind-decolonialization (more aware). And it hurts as I find many Indian minds (95% of my circle) are still 100% Colonialized and hence this is a post for Awareness how to Self-Decolonialize and Re-ethnicize. by understanding the “First Come (Home), First Own-Serve” Principle of new lands eg. Madagascar, Antartica, New Found Land, Tasmania, Amazonia or even Moon or Mars.

Waves of Invasions on Global-Indians (Red, Maori, Indican, Mexican,etc) since 2500+years upto now and happening, has Transgenerational Traumatic Colonial_Mentality that needs understanding and healing. #Geno-Ethano-Culturo-Cide.

Political-Powers control lands (Places) first, Religous-Powers control the lambs (Sheeple) first._GRP2024.

Indigenous Vs Invasives Vs Integratives. I.e the Ancient Localistic_Natives (Invadeable) Vs the Modern Globalistic_Narratives (Invaders).

Loka Samastha SukhinoBhavantu Vs Loka Samastha Mamahi Bhavanthu. Let the Whole world be Happy Vs Let the Whole World be mine & only mine & less for & about others (Out-Groups i.e non-allies, non XRace, Non-xReligion, Avarna, Kafirs, non-christians,..etc). Tyranny of Monopolity Vs Egalitarianity Sharopolity. Decentralized Free & Flat Communities Vs Centralized Controlled & Contracted Communities.

There is an import Distinction or difference between 2 socio-phenomena that’s not been presented in Colonial-educational systems, that white-washes the Indigenous knowledge systems & Ideas to second grade and hence perpetuates the Colonial Mentality over the Indi-Ethnicality.

1. “Colonyism” (Introduction by First Ancient Settlers) or The idea to make a colony in a new and unoccupied lands.  these are the earliest simple Indigenous race groups across timeline who are first settlers of a piece of accessed & Colonized land. the Mayans, the Ancient Africans, Egyptians, Sumerians, the Parsi, Red-Indians, the Maoris, the Australian Aborigines, Andamanese, the Harappans IVC & Keezhadians (Adi-Indians), ancient Lankans, Tasmanians, Judeans & Persian-Parsi,  etc… eg.  if Earthlings Colonize Mars First in 2050.

2. “Colonialism” (Expansion by Intrusion, Interference or full Invasion by external Agents of Supremacism (Expansionists) pushing on First or pre-existing Settlers (Defenders/Defenceless).. To Invade and Acquire the Targetted new found lands. eg. if Aliens from Venusians Colonialize Mars in 2055.

Colonialization is a multi-process which is Political, Social, Economic, Familial, Sexual and Psychological Warfare (Campaigns of Conquests by Conquerers) for colonial supremacy over the colonialized, Colonizing, colonizable and the Uncolonialized.

IISc was the first Academic resistance after (Nalanda, Taxshila & other Indigenous Universities) that India pushed back on the Academic_Hegemony of the colonizers (JN Tata was also from the refugees of colonialism and thus they knew how to recover and resist or oppose colonialism(Parsi) .. a beacon of hope that has stood the test of time.

Alexander of greeks was the first euro-colonialist aiming to conquer the world.. Roman’s too had this vision so do the Meccans, Politics is the face the driving force of which in many cases religious or political ideologies.

Professions-Spectrum based on level of Nepotism & Narcissism in it.

Few professions/Places and people are open & Welcome the newbies_Outgroupers (first generation in the field) and few which bully the newbies-Outgroupers. Thus Risky, hard to enter, Survive or make a mark in Highly Nepotistic Systems. and a Sly_cross that recruits the new at entry level but top positions are only retained and given to the elites (by clanship, casteship or by blood relations).

Yes Gud point, Professions like medicine, advocates, engineers, Architects, CA & Teachers are noble professions.. that have hard entrance exams and tests and regulatory certifying bodies like IMA, Bar Association and CoA..etc and which makes it relatively open and level playing field for all. also these bodies have professional ethics and takes disciplinary action on White collar crimes..

But Certain other Unregulated or less regulated sectors with low or No-profession Standards are there like Politics, High Capital Business houses, Bullywood and Religions which are higher Nepotistic (as Sources of Elitism Narc Supply of Power, Privilege, Money & Honey).

where the elite families, royal, dictators or clans make, keep and transfer the successions within their close-knit families itself.. hence in-breeding higher levels of nepotism and making it unregulated and closed power accumulation/succession without equanimous-sharing compared to other professional- occupations.

also had a stint with PMO office for IES. and was the Founding VP Membership and one charter member of TechMahindra Bangalore Toastmasters Club in May 2015. Its a great Hatke Club.

Recently I was proud to see this news by my Alma Mater (I say this as I learnt many things here so it’s an institution too apart from being a company). TechMahindra Hyd Bahadurpally campus has an Institute too.
