How to Repeal the Classte-Discrimination, Ancient (Religion_Ordained) & Modern (Government_Ordained) Reservation Systems in Just 3 Steps.? How to prevent inter group atrocities?

Step-1. PROVIDE FOR ALL CITIZENS of nation Equal, Equitable and Free Basic Secular_Rational e-Quality Education by the State.(Untill 12th). Nationalize-Secularize all Indian-Schools.. One Nation, One Education for all Indians. No Classte Difference.. In line with UCC (Uniform Civil Code). What it would do is neutralize the Inequalities in basic education created by Socio-Economic-Religious/Occupational (Class-Caste-Creed) i.e the Classteed-factors. Right now Dominating over-privileged classes kids go to hi cost international schools while Lower Classte kids to under’privileged govt schools or drop schooling + worse go to work earlier

Step-2. PROVIDE FREE AND FAIR EQUAL QUALITY Health Care & Housing.. Make all Private-Public Hospital with equal quality healthcare.. One Nation, One HealthCare for all. No Classte differences. Also equalize the Rent and Housing infrastructure, this is in a way, Good Roti, patshala, haspatal aur Ghar, sabke liye. If there is equality in these 5 Factors & resources why would there be inequality in clans, groups and communities? The Equality Tripod that levels is (Healthcare-Education-Housing).

3. AFTER STEP 2 AND 3 .. REMOVE Reservation Quota-System it would not be required at all.. Though Quota of Ratio-nal/ Proportionate-Representations may be required for proper Diversity and inclusivity. If for Bonus pit a Cap of Personal Property ownership.. max 10 Acres/Per person.. All Properties more than 10 Acres or 100 Crores is Common State Owned Property this will help in Resource Sharing.

What is Egalitarianism? Why it would create a More Equitable-Society.?

For allying and creating a more Just & Egalitarian_India by 2030 through practice and promotion of Ideas & Ideals of Real Humanism & Reforms (Fundamental Duty in Article 51ah) as defined and envisioned in our Constitution. (We are wanting to unite as Patriotic Egalitarians with vision of *Indian_First*) inspired by Dr.Ambedkar’s words.

Let’s create Equality, Equity & Equanimity by Practicing & Spreading Egalitarianism and reducing the Supremacistic_Polarisms (Monopolization, Powers_Centralization, Toxic_Oligarchism).

CONTEXT: Today is 6-Dec 2021 the Mahaparinirvan Divas.. 66th death anniversary of Dr.B.R Ambedkar, intersecting with 75th Independence Year celebrations by GOI..Azaadi ka Amrit Mahotasav.

Also this year saw the release of the internationally super hit movie ‘JAI BHIM‘, which is inspired by real life events of Judicial-Remedy for Social-Oppressions by real life hero Justice-Chandru (A Bahujan-Mitra). Being Pro-Constitution is being Pro-India I.e Anti-Discrimination & Anti-Biased. But the Overly Biased falsely claim Anti-Discrimination and being Anti-Fascist or Anti-Supremacists as Anti-Indian, which is to target and oppress the rightful voices & views so the Illusion & coercive-controls can be suatained.

The current ETHOS: Atrocities on common citizens in the name of gender, class, caste/race, or religious/regional creed is still a reality in many places & stages in life.. many of our western-urban intelligentsia are biases-blind, egoistic-fixed minded or innocently immune to the systemic-Multi discriminations and Intra & inter-personal_atrocities happening around in all spaces and levels, of people suffering the social-pains of multi-discrimination, racial-violences in ghettoed-silence with bare support systems. And the few aware who do see and speak up or try to help are themselves silenced by deplatforming, ostracization, character-assassination, Scape-goating, defaming Social-Boycotts and socio-legal terrorism by subagents of the non-egalitarian nexus in between the oppressive(Classes/genders), dominative(Castes/Races), monopolizing(Politico-Economics) and polarizing(Religio-Politics).

LOGOS: Leading Question is it’s 75 Years since independence but how are we going to gain independence from Negative biases & discriminative inequalities/Prejudices/Bullyism of 1.Classism, 2.Genderism, 3.Colorism, 4.Casteism-Racism, Brahminism, 5.Regionalism/Languageism/ Ageism, 6. Religious-fundamentalism, 7. Separatism-Nepotism (Envyism or Fearism), 8.Unsecularism. 9. Fascism-Colonialism 10. Communalism+ Psuedo-Communism (Sigma all Discriminative Non-Egalitarianisms or Toxic-Polarisms)????. And How can we Empower Equitizing-Harmonizing Egalitarianism?

PATHOS: mWe the authors of this page have as concerned_ connected citizens witnessed all types and experienced few first hand the above listed unconstitutional & Unethical practices which are deviant & derogatory to the ideals of Indian-Nationalism and Indian-Egalitarianism. We want to express here the feelings and aspirations of my fellow Oppressed & Depressed-Indians(Targets-Victims of Non-Egalitarianisms) who are from intersections of marginalized, minority, tribal, rural, ancient and undermined backgrounds/sections of the discriminative-society.

for *Project-JaiBhimIndia🇮🇳2030*.. ‘nirman’ means creation or Construction. Let’s dream together of goodness for majority- (Bahujanism)(Bahujan-Bandutva), not as done till now rule of the minority (Colonialism,Fascism,Nepotism) or even rule of majority(Majoritarianism).

A project to rejuvenate & process(the Past), profess(at Present) and propagate(for Future) the Ancient-Indian ideas/ideals of Egalitarianism conceptualised & practiced in India by ShankyaMunis (Buddha) of NorthEastern-India, Shramanas(Basava) and Siddhas(Thiruvalluvars) of South,_DravIndia and recently enshrined in India’s Modern-Constitutionalism framed by Dr.BR Ambedkar of Mid-India with the forefathers of the drafting commitee and early freedom fighters of our Nation(from All India). These ideals and principles find resonance in the global humanity mainly in egalitarianism of euro-greek philosophers.

Project Need: Referring to the Preamble of the COI. States the First point as JUSTICE.

How to engage and participate in Project JAIBhimIndia_2030.??

Formation of Open Egalitarians Clubs and Societies(JBCs JaiBhimClubs 4 Bridging Gaps of Inequality and systemic-biases).

A. For the Oppressed/Marginalized sections (Class, Genders, Caste, Race, Linguists, Religions, Minorities etc): 1. Connect or Create/Share SafeSpaces and empowering resources for common vision and mission for practicing constitutional ideals relevant to equality and fraternity. Open access to all human for diversity and inclusion of all stakeholders of India equally without prejudices.

2. Be aware of National & Constitutional Fundamental rights and duties, before the religious or regional identities. Accept and practice the Principle of India First and Indian First at School, Home, office or on Street.

3. At all times be in connect with real allies and Egalitarian-mitras who may be liberal, anti-oppression and fair-humanists. Who see and stand-up for moral-equity & humanity. Acknowledge and take up the project to realize the Egalitarian vision of empowering the Oppressed like (Phule, Savitribhai, Narayana Guru, Ambedkar, Periyar, Kanshiram, Ayyankali.. etc),

4. There are modern trailblazers from the Bahujan(OBC,SC/ST, EWS and Minorities) communities who have championed the excellence and ideals of Egalitarianism/Bahujanism like Abdul Kalam, Illairaja, AR Rehman, Kamaraj, Rajkumar, Puneet RajKumar, Pa. Ranjith..etc

B. For the Non-Oppressed and Non-Oppressing sections.(Majority of the Indians)

1. This section is the middle and critical factor as their being silence bystanders encourages the perpetrators of oppression to continue the discriminative subjugation through unjust monopoly and exclusions.

2. The project calls for this section being active witnesses, allies and upstanders to support the targeted human instead of taking the side of the unjust in the game of systemic-discriminations. Eg Justice Chandru of JaiBhim, Hindu Reformers from middle class/castes, Christian missionaries, spiritual philosopher poets like Kabir and kanakadasa. etc

C. For the dominative & oppressing sections of society:

1. It’s easy and convenient for this sub groups to be implicit-bias blind & not see or even deny the historic privileges(Socio-economic-political), control of critical resources and social capital enjoyed by the clan or community which one may be proud of in their families history or entitled in their familial casty lineages & surnames or class/caste/creed/community identities. But few have tried to be liberal humanists and break free of these biases and fallacies (eg, Buddha, Thiruvalluvar, Basaveshwara, Periyar, Akkamadevi, Annie Besant, BodhiDharma, etc) They are the leading lights for Insiders from Oppressor groups turned to allies of Egalitarianism. It’s in their humanity that bridges the gaps of inequalities.

Conclusion and ForeVision: An Egalitarian_India2030 is a less inequal india and more socially Just-India. Being a good Indian citizen one needs to be in preamble more Socialist and Democratic which inherently have Egalitarianism. India is not a Capitalistic-Democracy like US nor a Communistic-Republic like china.. so Indians becoming CEOs of US companies or communist relations with China, Russia may help us Technologically or Financially but it is seldom going to help us address the social challenges of Systemic-Discriminations and Inegalitarianism.

What maybe more urgently and importantly required is Social_Egalitarians campaigns towards real Socio-Moral progress through Mass-Egalitarianism and Empowerment of Fair Ideas and ideals. That is what Project Jai-Bhim India2030 envisions and enables for egalitarian-citizens to play roles in using ‘Democratic-Socialism‘ for nation-building an EgalitarianIndia2030.

1. South-Dravidianism (Shramanas Basava, Aseevagam of Siddhars, Thiruvalluvar, Periyar, Swami-Narayana Guru, Ayankali.. etc) supplemented by Dalit-Christian/Sufi(liberal) Muslim egalitarianism (Primarily T.N, Kerala & Karnataka/Andhra).
2. MidWestern-Maharism (Phule, Savitribhai Ambedkar.. etc) spread from Maharastra to UP, Bihar,Telangana, Orissa etc..
3. MidEastern Egalitarianism originated by Shankya-Philosophers Nalanda, Buddhism, Bihar, Bengal-Odissa..(Buddhism & lil bit of Intellectualism of Bengal)
4. Northmost-India Sikhism & Tribalism like Punjab Haryana & Rajasthan.
5. NE-Tribal Belts/ Christian egalitarianism less access due to chickens neck.
6. External-Indian(UK,Soviet,US) influenced ideologies of Renaissance philosophers Greeco-Romans, Germans, Karl Marx, Adam smith, Lincoln, Martin Luther King etc (primarily Bengal/Kerala/Lutyens Delhi).
7. The Pre-Independance Nepal, SriLanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh,.. etc may have had more Ancient-Egalitarianism but due to overpower by Non-Egalitarian “Monopolistic Centralizing Anti-Diversity Exclusivistic Politico-Religio-Cultural Invasive-Ideologies, the Adi-Egalitarianism Prakritic-Naturalistics are becoming endangered or lingo-culturally exterminated, which maybe collaborated with in counts of languages and cultures lost replaced by dominative-Ideologies.

Mostly it is injustice what Supremacistic persons in a Non-Egalitarian Society do to the marginalised.
