The Intent in presenting these here & now is to inform the readers(minds) and shift our collective position from being naive to becoming aware, brave, awake & woke (Poka Yoke-Japanese for mistake proofing). I had at a turning point in life to confront mySelf with dark-lies & bitterest truths, then with certain Aha-moments my paradigm shifted when my personal reality & world views was questioned severely since the years 2010-2017 the deconstructive 7 years and I had to rethink my beliefs and assumptions which led to my quest for deeper understanding of our realities that encircles us and the societies’s many faces and their phases. I had to learn it personally the hard way on thorny paths and I share here with you so my dear-ones, my G-readers, for our family or friends do not have to undergo similar sufferings & traumatic situations nor any others be victimized in our societies. #Anti_Bias, Pro_Basis, #Anti_Cultic, Pro_Culturic.
I am able to understand Sushant Singh Rajput’s (Artistically Clever but Socially Naive-Male from Tier-2 city) or Disha Salian’s (Naive-Female) experiences and others like us/them who suffered or are suffering being ignorant of these useful critical concepts in life (recently SRK & Aryan khan).
We & many like us are formally taught & have learnt well about language, Physical Sciences Physics, Biology, Chemistry and tough concepts of maths at schools (I was in ICSE Syllabus) and may have reached prestigious institutes (NIT, IITs-IISc, IIMs..etc) and international academic towns-campuses of (Cambridge, Oxfords, Harvards, Stanfords, Nalanda(old)..etc) based on these edu_merits; but we have not been taught or learnt enough about the important concepts of Basic humanology, Psychology, morality, compassion, empathy, our minds, kinds-types of personalities (Normal, Abnormal, Defected or Infected-Biased Criminable Personalities) nor socio-dynamics, sociology or victimology. Spectrums of (Identities and orientations, Idealogies), families and basic social-psychological awareness & life-skill ability needed for a healthy, safe & trouble-free life.
Why is there so much suffering(dukka) by multi-modal violence perpetuated on innocent good humans by other exploitative evil narc_humans, InfilTRAITORs, SubHumane, aggressive-offensive, Criminal-instincted or Toxic_Cultic Ideas-Ideosystems?
We have practiced always more ‘what..’ questions and less deeper ‘whys..’? This post aims to explore the above very important and urgent question with current illustrations from Sushant Singh Rajput’s and other Bollywood(Indian) cases to provide material(Deeper Insights) to help understand the bigger picture of these socio-phenomenons.
This awareness could help reduce and in case prevent such occurrences in our shared future (Poka Yoke). Many slips, mistakes and errors of judgement happen due to the identified 3Ns here, it can range from risks, to threats and to even Life hazards. In the order of influence from a single human to an industry & to our world are as follows. In college labs, workplaces we are made aware of SHE(Safety, Health & Environment) principles, even on road we are made aware of traffic safety, whereas the principles to be applied at our personal and social interrelationships are missed there is a big hole in our life path wherein many people like SSR, Disha and others have fallen down.
some people have been rescued out by other helpers providing them a safe lifeline support and they have risen in their lives again. This post hope’s to highlight the dangers we and many like us encounter in this journey of life-society.
The Dangerous 3Ns (Naivety, Narcissism & Nepotism) & the Empowering 3Es fighting them (Expertise, Empaths & Egalitarianism)
First N-E Pair affects the Individual
- Naivety & Expertise: Naivety is the state of being naïve, inexperienced or unaware. We all start our lives with few life-codes in our DNA by nature and on the way learn most of our knowledge and skills from the nurture, experiences & lessons we are provided in our environments through our parents, families, schools, Knowledge-resources and surroundings. Our formal education depends on the education systems thrust on us while our informal education happens at our homes, neighborhoods, environments we get exposed to. A child is taught about the basics of language, culture, etiquette, play and games, repeating rhymes and math tables and more of such things. when he/she/tse starts questioning more they are told easy answers and the harder questions are left unanswered or worst put down not to be asked ever. What is lacking and leads to the ignorance and naivety in the society? I think We Indians as kids are not educated adequately about the arts of questioning, pursuing our Logical-thoughts and finding the truthful answers on our own, as a Team & family unit or as a collective/community. Most are told to follow the instructions by authorities, peers and hierarchy without questioning their validity and relevance. This Naivety in critiquing & not questioning the authority figures is encouraged at home, in school, in religious places and also in public. This naivety helps the dominating/manipulating forces to control the sheeple mind so everybody/thing they want stays in check also in the way they want. SSR, Disha Salian, Jiah Khan, Divya Bharathi, Sri Devi, (D.K Ravi-IAS) & many others learnt a lot, academically they may have had very good IQs and abilities in science or profession of acting but they were Naive in regards to Social Intelligence not able to identify toxic-entities or people, unaware of the Narcissist-Empath Spectrum or make sound moral-judgements. This naivety(innocence) is an inherent or systemic quality in all of us until there are events of cognitive dissonace, revelation or learning(from a good source which this awareness post intends to be). This is the Aha!! or Bingo!! movement we get as our minds fit the major pieces of the jigsaw puzzle, overcoming the illusions & cognitive dissonance.
This is where access & relation with Expertise, experiences and exposure matters a lot, there are people who have been nurtured in such supportive and explorative environments who gain the ability to gauge and read people through various methods they gain the expertise formally and informally improving their Socio-Emotional intelligence. These are the very street-smart and well trained (nurtured/mentored) ones in mind arts, human psychology & group behaviours. They may help others or may not offer any guidance based on their own character or the equation they maintain with the naive ones. SSR and other neophytes of hard-life club were offered less help (guidance+ mentoring+PeerSupport) from the insiders/dominators of the industry(on the contrary they were abused and mocked). He/she had no godfathers or godmothers unlike lucky-privileged few(Nepo-Kids) who have access to the expertise and social-intelligence resources which may be termed as their social capital.
If Sushant or any naive-ones have to survive & thrive they need similar access and empowering interactions with expertise, expert insiders knowledge and similar mentoring as received by the NepoKids. This is akin to a newbie mentee gaining under a mentor or guide or an aware peer support group.
Our Naivety can be overcome by right connections with resourceful expertise it could be in any external form a book, an article, a radio podcast, an expert, a community, a blog post, an experienced wellwisher, a caring- thoughtful friend, a helpline, a focus group, or an internal dream, realization etc). Among professions the most with expertise & awareness of unique niche happenings are the Researchers, Experienced psych counsellors, Investigative Journalists, Home-Science Experts. Top heads in the Political, Social & Economic structures(may include the police, judiciary, bureaucracy (IFS,IAS etc) and insiders or whistleblowers) who get to have a birds eye and detailed view from vantage points.
In SSRs crisis he was in distress because of his relationships with a toxic environment formed by nexus of frenemies & thier family in addition to a toxic industry Bullywood & Druggiewood and not many can handle this situation if he or his family had connected with the expertise to counsel maybe one like the menshelplines (08882498498-SaveIndianFamily.in) or any suicide helpline also if Non-Indian other International Human Rights forums they have the experience to make him/them aware why he became just an ATM card for an ill-cultured expolitative family & social circle(His IIndGirl Friend’s) in this Indian Socio-Cultural system the cultural connection is jarringly from same community in link given. Need to run pattern recognition on this using Big Data for statistics.
Seeing from a personal perspective SSR and his Bihari family (Bihar-Bengal are neighboring states, I have about 10+Bihari friends and in a conversation with about 5 of unmarried guys on this they were of not a good opinion of establishing marital relationships with a particular neighbouring state heard this in 2018, Its a personal observation need to validate from other sides and sources of the NState friends this is an observed cultural gap this may sound racist and biased but I’m presenting my friends statements SelfDeclaration: my first identify is as a human, with Indian ethos, born and lived in south India and I have no previous personal biases towards either Bengalis, Biharis, Marathis or any others referred in this post, I have good friends equally from all Indian communities during my interactions in MNCs & national organisations). the family may have been saved from this tragedy just like the many who have called and been helped by the Indian Menshelplines.
I wish each vulnerable person at risk and men like him & women like his sisters are not naive anymore but connect with expertise and value others experiences in counselling similar people in distress. There should be a proper social research done to discover how cultural background impacts in a marital, live-in or sexual relationships. Like IITs.. Is there an Indian institute of Family Welfare or marriages anywhere? Especially needed given how happy families can impact the society positively. We can Look at Japan to learn about value of a healthy family growth🙂 which lead us to the next higher level N-E pair.

2. Narcissism & Empaths:
For many ‘narcissism’ is a word they may have come across while generally reading or in the media but the real depth of understanding is reached only when real narcissism is personally encountered through a Covert Narc with NPD (Narcisstic Personality Disorder), then we realize the Narcisst-Empath Spectrum. Its not easy to see through the mask the real face of the narcissists hence narcissism is less known and less understood. Out of 100 atleast 25 will have high tendencies towards this it may be termed in different words but the basic personality falls under the red area of the bell curve shown below. An example of an NPD would be the Dictators(Hitler,Mao,Mussolini etc), Power hungry generals- dons(Dawood) or founders and leaders of Cultic groups (Nityananda, Gurmeet Ram Rahim, Zakir Naik, Hafiz Sayyed etc ) and toxic ideologies (Patriarchy, Matriarchy & Equiarchy)
Narcissism is selfishness at its extreme limits and manifests as LAG: Lust, Anger and Greed. There is an evident outward superiority complex and exploitative nature with lack of internal empathy for the recipients of their abuse. In case of SSR he encountered toxic and covert narcissists in his life who trapped him for their narcissistic supply (Money, Power, Fame, Social Status, Sex etc). He has undergone narc abuse which moves in 3 stages (Idealize, Devalue & Discard).
One can observe this as a repeating pattern in the Narcissists life trail. Many ‘traumatized victims’, ‘flying monkeys’, money scams, sex issues and power struggles may lie in their timelines. This will be known only to the very close ones in their inner circles and also known later to their discarded or silenced victims. The lay Bystanders or external witnesses are easily manipulated by the Narc abusers stories, smear campaigns and emotional mind games, they are the 70-80% people onlookers(orange spectrum) who may lack the expertise or empathic drive to see or realise the truth/rheality behind the abuse unless trained. They may ignorantly support Narcissism and blame the victim. This is what happened initially with SSR where the narrative by the abusers & flying monkey of Narcissists was accepted blindly by the majority media and public and there was a saddening silence from his family, near and dearones.
SSRs Friend RC’s history as suggested by SSRs close aides in videos hyperlinked here reveals a manipulative personality, with high narcissistic tendencies a list of techniques she has used in abuse of SSR is, in 1st stage of Idealizing LoveBombing and entrapping him faking love, Isolating from family, Financial Manipulation, covert control, Gaslighting about paranormal activity, Black magic changing home to a lesser secure place, Drugging, Control of his household worker appointments(bodyguard, cook and servant), 2nd stage of Devaluing him in leaked viral video saying he is goonda, Having parties at his home at his expense when he is drugged and asleep. 3rd deadly stage is the discard– she has likely taken the help of professional killers as explained by ex Raw N.K Sood most likely planned from months. as they started to drug him with depressants. as done similarly by her very close(pun intended) mentor Bhatt to Parveen babi.(The critical people around SSR were Siddharth Pattani(his Content manager housemate), Mahesh shetty, Sandeep s Singh, Samuel Haokip & Miranda, Alok Kumar his ex cook, Body guard, Deepesh sawant his servant who is seen clearing his room in a video also running taking out the trash(evidence) bag from the event scene. There are so many people involved and so many inconsistencies the truth will only come out if an unbiased and rationale investigation is conducted. Preferably by a National agency or commission as the Mumbai police investigation are compromised and faulty from the start.
We can even see the sign of a narcissitic smirk microexpressions at begining 2 seconds of the video Rhea released today most likely tutored and scripted from a nexus-ed Dawood-Khan’s house, to change public opinion and distract the truth seeking by public. It’s certainly a ploy by the evil triad to escape the consequences.
Empaths are the polar opposite of Narcissists they are the ones who feel dearly for others suffering, they are the ones who volunteer and serve selflessly are in the mode of giving (Narcissism is about Taking). They fall under the yellow spectrum in the photo They personify empathy.. SSR was in the empath spectrum his acts of kindness and humility prove that, he donated 1 crore for Kerala(What Kerala does for his justice is to be seen). Bihar his home state has stood by their son in a very honorable way with protests and voices supporting his family thoroughly, its something every Indian can be proud about. while same time the whole nation is ashamed at bollywood & mumbai police’s behaviour. Their attitude can be explained by the nexus of the Trio entities (Bollywood-MumbaiMafia-PoliticalElites)(People) respectively related to (Lust-Anger-Greed)(Passions) which manifests in (Sex-Money-Power)(Presents). This leads us to the next level N-E pair Nepotism.
As opposites attract, Narcs are attracted to empaths like fly is attracted to sweet meat. This pattern repeats in many places but isn’t identified as a Empaths-Narcs Interaction: RamSita-Ravan, RubiyaKhan-Pancholis, DK.Ravi-SandMafia, Shastriji-HisRivals, Jesus-Crucifiours and list goes on..
Slowly the Empaths #Justice Movement is building with the voices from social media becoming aware of the gaslighting done in this case. When bollywood and his family were Silenced the Truthful Empathic voices started raising with Kangana, Republic TV-Arnab, Shekar Suman, Ishkaran Bhandari, Subramanian Swamy, Ankita Lokhande, Smitha Parekh, His Sisters on Social media and millions of his fans and truth seekers on Youtube and twitter trending billion tweets and msgs of this case for weeks and more than 45 days demanding CBI probe has brought in so many revelations. It gives hope that the Truths shall prevail if the public wants & really set us all free of lies and illusion(maya) and not only #Justice4SSR but #Justice4allVictims will be accomplished.

3. Nepotism and Egalitarianism:
By a narrow definition Nepotism is favoritism granted to relatives in various fields, including business, politics, entertainment, sports, religion and other activities. We can extend the term relatives for not only family but it may include, favoring relative biases by factors like region,class, language, color, caste(Rohith Vemula-Hyderabad), political ideology, religion(Dr.Payal Tadvi Mumbai), gender(SwaroopRaj Genpact), sexual orientation, industry(Satyam company) or by any other identities, the list is endless & crazy.. or a thing relevant here a family/group of Narcissists and enablers (flying monkeys) connected by LAG(Lust, Anger, Greed).
At this time nothing is clear at Mumbai & this most probably is what connived and conspired in SSRs case. the toxic triad had a nexus between a narcissistic (Extreme-Genderistic(feminist/meninist/Tranyist)-exploitative) family of RC, the Mafia of the dominant Khans-Dawood-Bhatts and the Political elites the Thackerays who exhibit control over the mumbai local govt, police and judicial systems). This is main reason there is a major coverup just like in the earlier cases of Jiah Khan & Disha Salian. Nepotism is evil a partiality as exhibited by few which has exposed the Johars, The Khans, Kapoors, Bhatts, Thakerays, Pancholis, political-social-cultural empires & Dynasties, also seen in other south indian film industries and buisness sectors there are much more to be realised & exposed. It favours or discriminates surnames, castes, religions, regionalism(as stated by A.R Rehman) and sycophancy in the industry and community. Sushant in rheality of 2018 had tweeted and expressed his regret about Nepotism in his industry many of us like other Bollywood biggies are silent spectators to this day also in our own sectors and work places. What is needed and what would it take to change it?. I have seen Awareness is the first step, consistent collaborative action is the next.
What we empaths and 80% of the middle of spectrum people’s need for peace and harmony is driving and championing Egalitarianism; that builds from the concept of social equality, prioritizing it for all people in through our homes, schools, work and public places. We can hardly expect the nearly 10% of Narcissists who have lack of conscience and ability to empathize impaired just like a physical deformity, they have a hereditary & cultural predisposition to narcissism and they create a very toxic environment of bullying and workplace mobbing for others. This is called the bystander effect when a victim is offered support and intervention by a bystander at the time of mobbing the bully stops the harassment, This needs to be made aware and addressed at all the 3 levels (Individual, Interpersonal & Intergroup) so we can reach an egalitarian society which values and nourishes such talented empaths like Sushan Singh Rajput and others.
Its a great loss of life and joy for his family, the Indian cinema, the economy, his fans and our nation of Bharat-India as a whole. If he or his friends or family had gained expertise and were aware empaths they could have deprogrammed and saved him from the narc-nepo trap. If these Suicides, Abetted Suicides, Staged Murders, Killings, Extortions, and other such abusive toxic impacts of Naivety, Narcissism and Nepotism have to stop, it is through us gaining expertise and create Aware’Actions in these matters, supporting and becoming empaths and striving for establishing egalitarian homes, teams and societies. This is where like SSRs Dil Bechara theres a Voice for all Becharas and Lacharas in an Indian visionary Dr.Ambedkar who longback saw through the masks of people, systems and also the idealogies states the risks for egalitarianism is 3 fold hyperlinked here; coincidentally they are the same closely connected in Sushant’s case represented by BollywoodElites-MahaliticalElites-MumbaiMafiaElites as explained as the #ToxicTriadNexus earlier. Theses above points I believe are the deeper and greater causes for SSRs and other victims deaths, Until and unless the root causes are addressed there may be more tragedies like Sushants in Bollywood, Rohiths in Educational Spaces & Swarooprajs in MNCs. No space may be safe for us and our dearones. This is the cause we all Empaths-FlyingMonkeys-Narcisissts need to care about. For An Inclusive, Supportive & Humane Society will be formed only when each one of us know and practice these values.
Conclusion: I have put forth my analysis of the 3N-E pairs as I have closely experienced and observed these concepts through my life, As a child I have seen myself, my naive family members and relatives suffer Narcissistic abuse through certain toxic people & associates, who have caused emotional trauma, financial & property loss, in school and college I and my friends experienced bullying by peers and also favoritism partiality by teachers to their own kids. At work I have seen workplace mobbing and discrimination. I have witnessed my friends suffer similarly in their relationships, Romances love and marriages where they have been trapped by narcissistic families & groups like SSR faced and work environments like bullywood. I have also witnessed their healing and recovery as a result of experts counselling, empathic support systems and idealist environments supporting egalitarianism and healthy habitation. I wish the whole world to be aware and alert in negating the 3Negative Ns causing us tribulations and embrace the 3 Empowering Es in this is our collective salvation as an egalitarian society.
