• Conflicts end in repair, not domination
• Both celebrate each other’s light
• Sex gets better with age
• Children grow up secure and kind
• Divorce rate < 8 % (actual long-term data from attachment researchers)
  This is the couple everyone secretly envies.

Quadrant 2 – Empath + Narcissist

“The slow death” (most common dysfunctional pairing)

• Starts with the most intense love-bombing you’ve ever felt
• Ends with the empath in therapy wondering “who am I?”
• The empath keeps giving 90 %, the narc keeps taking 110 %
• ENCS usually lands between –20 and +30
• 85–90 % of “why do I feel crazy?” stories come from this quadrant

• They stay for status, money, power, revenge, or pure ego symmetry
• Divorce rate actually lower than Empath-Narc because neither is willing to “lose”
  Many high-profile “power couples” live here and call it passion.

Correct on the first half. Dead wrong on the second.
