S687: Self-Expression & self-marketing Differences?

One is related to freedom of expression (Article 19(1)a of Co of India)  & Other is related to Freedom of Practicing Profession, Trade or Marketing (Article 19(1)g).

One is for more Self & Social_Benefits & Other for more Personal & Professional_Profits.

If We dont know the difference then its hard to know which is which and we may assume interchangeably.
