- Problems of Biasism.
Why Is Fairness or Skin Bleaching cream a million dollar business in India & other Colonies.?
How Dark Skin or Fair skin & Other facial-racial features are originated, discriminated & illtreated.
Modern White-Colonial Supremacy & earlier Aryan Race Fair-Face Supremacies are at Subtle display in these below cases of bias-ism.. Understanding past history helps in improving & not repeating similar mistakes in future.
Why Bollywood, Workplace & Politics have Racism?

Example: (In Bollywood & Film Industry) https://www.ndtv.com/entertainment/kapil-sharma-is-taught-a-lesson-by-director-atlee-for-racist-comment-on-his-looks-should-not-judge-by-appearance-7260745?utm_source=Taboola&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=recirculation
Explanation: Kapil Sharma is A Northerner Indian Indo-Iranian Race Bhramin note Surname of Sharma(99%Fair Skinned). A generationally privileged class & Atlee is a darker skinned southener Indo-Dravidian convert Christian director generationally from marginalized Schedule People of India. India has a White Supremacism that targets non-fair skins unfairly.

Example-2. (In Politics & Society).

Example: A Fair muslim MP passes racist comment surpemacistically in language of Urdu on former chief minister Kumaraswamy who is a kannadiga (from south India) and a farmer with tanned skin like his parents from villages. https://www.hindustantimes.com/cities/bengaluru-news/kaaliya-kumaraswamy-congress-leader-zameer-ahmed-khan-sparks-row-with-racist-barb-101731318577641.html
Explanation: Skin color is inherited from parents, Similarly Colorism bias is also closely inheritable from parents & family ones are birthed & moulded in.. Kuraswamy ex-CM is also son of former PM of India Deve gowda who is a Dravidian Hindu & ancestry of Bahujana-India, While Zameer Khan is fair skinned maybe with less egalitarian Indo-dravidian genes & memes & more supremacistic Indo-Arabic Memes & genes that mocks Darker Indian Skin .
2. Empathy.
Premise: As more Global-Northern regions above tropics have less Sunlight so to absorb more light and UV Less Melanin produced (Colder Regions: Europe, Arabia, China, Eskimo-Greenland etc) compared to Tropics near to Equator have darker Skin Shades(High Melanin to protect from Sunburn & UV penetration) (Hotter Sunny Regions: eg. Africa, India, Aboriginal Australia, Andaman etc). First & Early Migrants Out of africa have darker skin shades while later Euro-mesopotamian migrants & invading colonialists/globalists have low melatonin in skin.
Thus do note how colorism plays out in our society..
Even Gandhi, Ambedkar, Kamaraj, Jagjivan Ram, were dark skinned but they were Fair hearted and Bright minded..
Thus its not the color or shade of skin that matters bit the shade of your personality, purse and pursuits that matter.
