Typology of Hierarchy..
1. Higher-archy.. (Dominance structure model of Higher and Lower Stepped Pyramids). Inequal Power Equations. Sharp peak
2. Hierarchy (Random).. no logic either 1 person is only admin or all are Admins.. etc
3 Hire-archy (Logically Placed Org structure)… More Responsibility Taking Proactive members as community enablers or admins(20%), compared to the Supportive & Caring members.
I notice that some people are admins.. this looks like a two tier hierarchy- normal mortals and Group Admins.. how did the admins get appointed? Why can’t everybody be admins – aren’t the members trusted to act in a spirit of community and therefore eligible to be admins?
PS: In all groups I create everyone is equal as an admin and everyone has been acting out of a sense of community..
