Currently Indian Public & Judiciary have had long Contested Legal-Ethical Questions Concerning Religiousity & Secularity like in Times (Waqt) in cases of Sabarimala, Tirupati, Haji ali, Wakf in Land acquisitions, Hijab in Education, Love-Jihad in Maritals, Ayodhya Judgement, Gyanvapi Mosque, British Colonialist Reparations and Compensations.
Public-Govt Funded Universities are to be places for improving public-rationalism and citizens-nationalism. To be places of All-Sciences and for voices of MorAll-Consciences.
Where as Religionist-Founded Education Systems are intended to protect, preserve, propogate their vested and invested religious interests…they may or maynot align with global or national public interests and values. This needs an indepth study to see the Secularity mapping
eg. Kailasa of Nityananda, Osho Rajneesh US Ashram, Sai Baba’s Putaparthi Edu Institutes, Al Ameen Institutions, Christ University, Lingayat Education Trust, Benaras Hindu University, Aligarh Muslim University, Jamia Islamia, Isha Centre, Amrita, AOL, Osmania University, JNU-communist Influence, JNTU…etc. Where both Departments and faCULTies of Political Sciences (Professors) & Religious Studies (Propheccers) Co-exist and sometimes merge in cases of Theocracism (King=Priest Eg.Vatican, Iran, Caliph, Tibet, Kailasa) or PoliticoReligionism (Courtiers or “Clerks are Clerics” too).
Exceptions are universities whos’s identity and ideologies are place or location based. eg Bombay University, Bengaluru University, Hyderabad University, Indian Law University.. etc
If any Biases or prejudices of Identities (Religionism, regionism, CLASSTE, Genders, Sexuality, Ideologies..etc) come into Public Educational-Service systems then it leads to violations of the constitutional values of ethics, equality, fairness & transparency.
This Post Premise: The More “truely Secular” are Institutions & Individuals the less biased (Personally, Religiously or Politically) will be its/their actions, emotions & motions. There are more clear separations of 4Ps for Peace & Prosperity...
1.Private life (Bio-Family),
2.Peer life (Clan),
3.Professional life (Career) &
4.Public (Citizenry) lives and attitudes.
More Secular_Constitutions & Constituents (Institutions & Instituters) do not have biases that infringe on rights of Religious Practices. While More Secular_Ideologies & Religions do not have prejudices that infringe or violate rights of states or nationals.
Secularity is the property-quality or ability to be Secular in actions & relations. I.e less religious-bias by preferences or avoidance. More Secularity in both Nationals (Country) & Religionals (Community) helps equitable division of Power & provision of empowerment. Reduces “Nations-Religions Conflicts” and induces peace in places and peers. This exactly is what is at root of Happenings across world in InterNational & InterReligional Conflicts instead of coherence. eg. of High Conflict Zones.. Jerusalem(Jews-Islam), Kashmir (Islam-Hinduism), Syria (Shia-Sunni), Ayodhya(Hinduism-Islam), Uyghurs-China (Islam-Communism), Sri-Lanka (SinhalaBuddhism-TamilHinduism), Myanmar (Buddhism-Communism)..
Secularness is level of separation of powers between Government Functions (Legislative, Judiciary & Executive I.e Parliament, Courts & Public Offices) from Any Religious Functions or Influences (Temple, Church, Masjid, Vihara or Religious-Rituals, Priest, Pastors, Mullahs, Bante.. etc).
There are 5 Kinds of Universities, Institutions or Education Systems based on Parameter of Secularness or Secularity.
- Secular Educational Institution (Govt Universities founded & funded by GoI Acts)
- Technical Education focused (Institutes of Importance).. IITs, NLSIU, IIM..
- Non-Secular Religious Education. (aPolitical Religious leaning Institutions). attached to religious institutions eg.. founded+funded by religionists.. Vedha Patshala, Madrassas, Seminaries, Buddhist Universities (Nalanda), Jain, Sikh, Etc.. output is Professional Evangelists Poojaris, Bantes, Maulanas, who practice, promote & proliferate religionism.
- Anti-Secular Religiosity Education/Educators. (Eg. Nityananda, Osho, Zakir Naik, etc) Anti-establishment to get power monopoly to their ideologies.
- Private Universities controlled by management with Religious/Political leanings.

Critical Question: Why do Ideological Interactions lead to high conflicts, wars and destructions?..
Constructive Answer: Because the ideologies can be with Adaptive-abundance Mindset (Prosperity) or of Fixed-Scarcity Mentality (Polarity). & are of below categories.. This has seldom been explicitly studied.

The Secret of Safe, Long and Trustable relationships is that there are very few dark secrets in the relationships. Level of Secrets is inversely proportional to trust.
Thus If we want less wars & more personal or world peace and prosperity.. Lessening of Pains of Radicalisation of Politics and Religions is needed and more Gains by Rationalization of Cultures and Education is required.
