Secrets of Tatas’ Greatitude towards India.!! This post is dedication to the Tatas, specifically Ratan Tata (dth_10-10-24), his Tribe (The Parsis refuged in India) & their Indian_Citizenry.
The Tatas are Religiously Parsis(Fire-Worshippers) & Nationally more Indian the modern Indians, They are great Intergenerational Patriots of Bharat as they found Land, Life and Love of Homehood or Nation-hood in Bharat I.e India. This is the Story of Great People (Persians), Persecutions (Iran) and contribution to Paradise (India).
It is a story relevant to any emigrations or refugees in times of globalisation and global oppressions, polarizations, refugee-grants, integration or rejection of immigrants.
Not all Refugees are Same, There needs to be Rational-Discretion of state & Citizens (Not Irrational Discrimination) towards refugees for humanity to not be under threat and thrive. Ancient Refugees of Egypt found land in Jerusalem, (twice Biblical & Modern). Refugees of Paris, Jew & Tibetan, Pakistan/Bangladesh found and do find Refuge in Bharat.
In CE 1800 Tatas were Parsis Refugees fleeing from Persian_Persecution finding Indian Homehood in Gujarat. The Parsis escaped Arab-Islamo Religious-Genocide to seek asylum & reside in our tolerant friendly & compassionate Adi-Bharat.
Disclaimer: I am a Southern Bharati not a Parsi.. an Indian National from Bangalore and in my childhood have had my close contact with 2 parsi friends one in My school (9&10th) and one in PU college (11 &12th) & 1 Iranian friend in Architecture. Also i’m impressed & inspired by 2 other parsis namely JN Tata who is founder of our Alma Mater IISc (Indian Institute of Sciences) & Ratan Tata a fellow Architect and Ex-Chairman of Tata Group.
I have watched Rocket Boys webseries about Homi Bhabha(Parsi) too. these above points have maybe made me to have a close liking & positive bias (Parsiphilia) towards Parsis and in patricular the Tatas.
Thus I may have have limited personal experience of Parsis & no knowledge of wrongs or bias of Parsi-ideologies (if you have any Parsiphobhic or Parsiohatic ideas from ur personal religioideology can share in comments).. Bad Review about Tatas I am aware are that they are fire-Nature worshippers and they dont allow conversion or other non-parsis into Fire-temples (Shivaji nagar in Bangalore) or Towers of Silence (Hebbal_Bangalore).(They majorly practice endogamy in Marriages hence may be limited Racists as minorities it maybe a strategy to keep their religion safe).
Also I have had little awareness of Tatas’ corruption in NiraRadia-Tata Tapes, also Insider Info from 2 Alumni sources about malpractices in Tata Companies, I have no Investment in any Tata Company, Apart from that I have had Positive Relationship with Parsiship and Parsees. Hence I have minimal Conflict of Interest while writing this post.

A few months after 26/11, the Taj group of Hotels owned by TATAs
launched their biggest tender ever for remodelling all their Hotels
in India and abroad. Some of the companies who applied for that tender were also Pakistanis. To make their bid stronger, two big industrialists from Pakistan visited Bombay House ( Head office of Tata ) in Mumbai without an appointment to meet up with Ratan Tata since he was not giving them any prior appointment. They were made to sit at the reception of Bombay house, and after a few hours, a message was conveyed to them that Ratan Tata
is busy and can not meet anyone without an appointment.
Frustrated, these two Paki industrialists went to Delhi and thru their High Commission met up with a Minister. The minister Anand Sharma immediately called up Ratan Tata requesting him to meet up with the two Paki
Industrialists and consider their tender “enthusiastically “. Ratan Tata replied…”*you could be shameless, I am not”* and put the
phone down. Few months later when Pakistani government placed an order of Tata Sumo’s to be imported into Pakistan, Ratan Tata refused to ship a single vehicle to that country. This is the respect and love for motherland that Ratan Tata has. Something that our current Politicians should learn from. Hats off to you sir..

if Parsi had not moved from Iran what would have been their Condition.? it would be the condition of any other-religious minority in an Islamic or Supremacistic Nation.. that of a 3rd class citizens an enslaved or endangered or genocided race like that of the Mayans, Red-Indians, or the Tasmanians.
