S509: Intergenerational Ethics, Conduct & Conflicts.

Human Relations are complex. and there are many factors affecting it. Writing to understand them in a better way to reduce conflicts & improve Socio-Familial Harmony.

Ethical Standards Code Compliance (100%Ethics) Vs Deviance(50%) Vs Defiance(0%). (Angeliance(150% Ethics) vs Deviliance(-100%)) eg. of Angelic-Bonafide & Demonic-Malafide Conduct-Consequence.

Compliance improves Certainty, Civility and Trustability of a Person and Relationship.. While Deviance and Defiance induces more Uncertainty and Unreliability or Criminality of a person or relations.

Ethics is Set moral principles of engagement.

Conduct is the collection of acts and facts.

Conflict is when there is dispute or issues related to the conduct or deviance, defiance or non-compliance to ethics or expected standards.

The Twin Premises are that.

1. Right high Standards of Personal Ethics(CoC) induces Righteous Conducts & Reduction in Conflicts-Crimes for more Consequential-Contributions.

2. Less Personal ethics induces Deviant Conduct & increases Conflicts for more Consequential-Crimes.

We can classify Relations as mainly 2 Categories.. 

1. P2P : Peer to Peers Relational Dynamics. (Relation between people of Similar age and generations) eg. Between Classmates, Between Spouses, Between same Level Collegues.

2. P2NP : Intergenerational Relational Dynamics (Interaction between relatives from various Generations). eg. between Parents-Child, Grandparents-Child. between Seniors-Juniors.

One Factor of Common-Expectation Vs Individual-Conduct.  maybe relaxed and easily understood in P2P Relations. While in P2NP intergenerational relations the Expectations-Satisfaction Gap is wider.

One Example of Intergenerational-Expectation Gap is recent case of Capt.Anshuman Singh who’s family(Legal+Moral)/kins Received the Kirti-Chakra. There has been a Will yet there are some ambiguities in the relationship. The Idea is conflict between a 25year old Association-ParentalRelation Vs a Relatively New-MaritalRelation which had not integrated and has split_partitioned the Succession/Legal/Moral Heirs.

actually there are 3 points of contention.. 

1. the Pension (Wife)

2. the Compensation (Wife+Parents) &

3. The Award of “Kirti Chakra”(Physical-momento) (unclear sharing rules).   

that’s why they asking for reforms.. we can see this after hearing their direct statements in video.
