A foreigner, the one who holds a foreign passport and a citizen of another country is entitled to inherit or enjoy an Indian citizen’s wealth/property….
But, an Indian who becomes a citizen of another country by renouncing his Indian citizenship cannot/mostly not be entitled to receive, inherit wealth/property, in India.
