Today is End of 2023 & Eve of New Year 2024. This is my Lesson and Insights from 2023 to Turbo Charge 2024.

Remove Doshas, Improve Dashas & Change the Disha & Drishya. With Indigo-Yoga.

Tomorrow is New Years of 2024.

I have 2 Resolutions With What, Why and How Below.

1. What:

GRP_goal-1. Be a member of 5AM club for next 366 days of 2024.

GRP_goal-2. Become a Indigo_Yogi. With higher healthiness, Work_Efficiency & Life Productivity. By use of Indianity & Yoga.

2. Why: 1. Because I see Late nights and late morning waking up is being out of sync unhealthily of the natural rhythm of my society & communities. Affecting my Health and Harmony. I want to regain my “5Am early waking and working Habits.” For a Healthy Life.

2. I am a Swadesi Minimalist (ATMANIRBHAR Bharatiya) and want to reduce the excessess, wastages and wasting of resources in my daily life. Hence becoming a Indigo_Yogi following the 8 Principles of YogaSutras, Gandhis Ashramic life and Bodhidharmas Shaolin principles for a more Indic Life.
