BASE POINT UCC needs to be Comprehensive, Complete-Positive, Competent, ColLAWborative, Compatriotic, Considerate, Correctional, Constructive, Cultural, Constitutional & non-discriminatory, non-biased(by Classteed), non-conflictive, non-arbitrary, pan-religious, non-regressive, non-divisive & Non-Negative.
1. UCC needs to Reduce the Family Conflicts with National_Law Cases of Fraud-Maritals, Spousal Harrassment, Child Abuse, Divorce Rates & Family Crime cases. By creating more VIP Marriages. Roots of a good society are Families, root of good familes is good Marriage. More Secure, Safe & Strong Indian Legal Marriages.
2. UCC needs to create a Marriers Protection Act for every citizen’s Marital Safety & Familial-Insurance which will reduce the broken and bad marriage rates. Just like Nation projects Consumer Rights, it needs to safeguard Marriers Rights, Interests & Longterm Welfare.
3. UCC needs to identify prevent black sheeps or narcification in family and cult abuse of family members. Prenuptial trainings, familial negotiations & pre-nup agreements to be enabled as Legal-Instruments in Indian family laws. Zero-Dowry given-taken Certificates to be taken along with Marriage Certificates. This will prevent false Dowry cases for mens family and real dowry harrassments on the spouses family. Maritally Checked Ok certification by Medico-Legal MRAI. (Marital-Regulations Authority of India) like TRAI safeguards Consumers Interests similarly MRAI to protect Marriers. This will aid healthy Spouses and Families to marry while unhealthy & unfit criminalistic spousing or famiLIEing can be prevented from hurting the trust on marital-institutions. Will increase the quality of marriages.
4. UCC needs to encourage on Empathy, Rationality, Home Science and Maritology courses for Succesful relations, marriages and family bonding and branding. Else we will progress in money and technology matters(Science, Arts & Commerce) but are fairing or failing terribly in Home affairs and Socio-Humanities matters.
5. UCC can spread healthy awareness on Familial-Relationships’ Costs, Benefits and Risks along with Sex Education, also train on family-making first before love-making.
6. UCC can have Eligility MATE tests like GATE test to filter people/families to check if eligible or unfit for marital relations. Based on 5M fitness of suitors. All RECords (Rationality, Ethicality & Civility Scores) of spouses to be made available to suitors to make well-informed life decisions. Like NEET (NATIONAL eligibility and entrance Test) there can be MEET (Marital Eligibility and Entrance to Familyship Test). If We as humankind want to reduce Need for Criminology course. B.Crime(Bachelor of Criminology) we need to increase graduates of B.Family (Bachelor of Familyology (Secular).
7. UCC needs to be aware of and consider all Genders & Orientation and Healthy-Sexuality spectrum of Male, Female, Transgender, Intersex and non-gender (no Genitalia nor attraction). Probationary period of 1 year to be suggested for having children. And an annual marital-review can prescribe the next stage of ideological and genealogical Compatibility, Else when the marriage fails the broken families can create broken children. This is a fail safe mechanism where better successfully coupled spouses can produce healthy children. This can prevent bad hereditary diseases like mental disorders & STDs, HIV, etc from sexually or familially transmitting to nectgen.
8. UCC should aim for healthy children & Next generation citizens how? Try to reduce both 1. <18years Child & teenage abuse, pre-marital sex, pregnancy and also old late marriages >50+yrs or forced singlehood due to unavailability of suitable suitors. As it produces genetic variations in by stream lining the biological-age. Genetic mutations in children can be avoided and child will thank and not curse the parents involved in healthy-familying practice.
9. UCC should make No-fault divorce more faster, popular and bring false case litigators (Spouse and Bridal inlaws) to justice and perjury who misuse legal process with malicious proceedings lying under oath. This will reduce the abuse of law for filing false cases also reduce the number of pending cases are. Once the person/family are criminal false-litigators have no consequences of false accusations they become emboldened as Serial-Litigators. So Medical & Legal, Litigation history of a Spouse and family needs to be on Marital Negotiation Table for fraud-free safe maritalosphere.
10. UCC should improve the Socio-Medico-legal system to complement the new family laws in UCC and repeal or override all old non-secular laws. As only improving law but not improving the lawyers and legal system doesnt help improve but only helps in creating more fLaws in the system. Have a Legal Rep Review system to reward good faith Actors and professionalism and identify to Grey-black list bad legal professionalism. With multiple Stakeholders Collaboration (Medical, Legal, Social, Rational, Religial..etc..) UCC will be a Success a Global example for Positive Nationality.
11. Debias the Constitutional Laws.. there are many misconceptions and miscontructed illogical doctrines that need to be rationalized with BMC (Basic Marital Code). The Supremeness or Sovereignity of Constitution need to be upheld so. Family-laws cannot be personal laws they are Social-National Laws. Personal or private laws deals with individual and not with partnerships or groups(family/teams) they become interpersonal and social. Thus Family laws are Social and National laws under the Constitutional Rationo-Democratic framework. They cannot be personal or private or religious scriptures based laws as these sources not sanctioned, sanctified or authorized by Our Democratic_Constitutional Scriptures and Values.
12. Indian_UCC is Family_Laws 3.0, Family-Laws 1.0(<1947) were Religionality based in ancient language Sanskrit, Hebrew, Aramic, Abrahamic, etc. Theocracy/Monarchy Given laws (Dravido_Aryan Royal Smriti, Mongol-Mughal Shariah and Romano_Brit-Laws) I.e Pre-1947. Family-Laws 2.0(>1950) were Nationality Based as per Regions Constitutions of freedom fighters with colonial mindset 1950+ Democracy and Ideology given laws. Family-laws 3.0(>202#) can be Rationality, Marital-Ethics and Marital-Science based for Universality and global-Humanism. It can be pro-humanity and anti-criminality created by decolonialized egalitarian ethics and universal human values.
A New Dawn of Society is upon us, when we can be free of shackles of Mental-SLavery codified by ancient Scriptures, and recodify for a More Rationality and Constitutionality based Laws Governing our Social-Conduct.
One can be every right free lawless out of the purview of society like the lone meditator in Himalayas or ascetics or like the solitary confines in crminal-jails or coffins.
