Current Indian Ecosystem(@2023 since 2010 13years) is becoming Killing field of our Youth & Students lives and aspirations. How can we transform to make it safer and supportive for our young brothers, sisters and Kids.

Can we Organise Nationally for Students Safety and Welfare. Currently Students and Youth-politics are the weakest section with less effective and adult-politics infected representation.

Systemic_Bias leads to more Academic-Abuses which leads to more Students’_Loss. Better Edu-Systems leads to Better Students-Safety&Welfare.

A Call4 apolitical National Federation of Students Associations for focus on StudentsWelfare to Empower all Students Welfare Associations.

Project Purpose: Students Safety at at 4C levels from Classes to Country.

2 Challenges and 2 Solutions for Our All Indian Students Community, which has many members who are most Vulnerable, Marginalized, Resource_Lackers and Targetted by Commercial & Illegal Vested Interest and lobby Groups. This hurts and traps the lives of many Students. Refer the List of Top 5 Student Traps in Appendix.

Observations is: Injustices on Students Increasing in Society. Students loosing Years, Opportunities and Lives too.. Students Interests are less safeguarded by establishment of Universities & Faculty as they are non-negotiating with the defunct Students-Unions. There is lack of Power and Unity in the Students Unions as political parties are subverting Student Politics.

Challenge1 the illegal lobbies and mafia like the Drugs & Intoxication Lobby, Sex and Human Trafficking, Chinese and traitoric loan apps, the Supremacistic Bully Gangs, the Cultic_Grooming Recruiters, the Internet Scammers, Cyber Criminal Synidicates, sex_love recruitment predators, religious Convertors, Narcissistic bad faith actors groups and many more ideologies subverters, abusers and Controllers. These Above Negatives, threats, traps &  risks needs to be Avoided.

Challenge 2: Students are Divided and ruled, there is less of non-political unifiers and all India associations, purposed Networks and groups. The existing active and reactive students bodies and associations are students wing of political parties.

Thus the needs and interests of Students as a section of public are being neglected and third rate citizens as a vote bank. A sign of this in 3Ds decay in Deducation System (Deathly Education System) is Depression, Delays, Dropouts and Deaths by suicides and elopements in students and youth. Can D.education system become L.education System (Lively Education System).

There is a need for improving the conditions of Students and Indian Youth. There is lot of places(Labs,Depts & Institutes) with more academic negligence, malpractices, Info-hoarding, covert_ragging/bullying/mobbing, inequality and injustices in the disempowered and fractured Indian students and academics community.

2. Proposed Solutions:

1. Project_INSAFe by PAN(IIxians) Peer Academics Network. Started in 19-1-2019 at PAN (Bengaluru) an offshoot of Campus Community groups called LAN(IISc).

INSAF or INSAFe is Acronym for = ” Indian National Students Associations’s Federation “. It attempts to link, connect & commUNIFY all Students Associations Across India at PAN(INSAF_India). With Peet Academic Network Chapters at State, City & Institution Levels.

Objectives of INSAFe is to connect and network the Indian students community across all Institutes of X..

This happened in my college hostel too to same gender student had taken bathing videos of hostel mates neighbhours. Stored on laptop.. for caught once. But matter dint come out the 25year old student was left without report nor action.
