2. Solution: Our Teams Chartered Journey 3C_Stages:
1. Chances
2. Choices
3. Charter
1. Chances: To form Initial members 1 or 2 members regular students in class by chance initiated discussion to form team, as already 2 teams are formed and rehearsing. So the 3 teamless formed team in class as they happened to be sitting close by that day by chance. Criterion_#1: Interests & Regularity in college.
2. Choices: Next the 3 students asked each other who else maybe interested to join team. Names were proposed by team and they were called and offered invitation based on their good marks in previous sem. So 1 person accepted by choice the team.
So 4 team members were fixed, For Next 2 slots we were having few suggestions by members, decided to do an Open post to group if anyone wants to join us by choice.
Now later we do our choices were decreasing as other teams were being formed too.. So to decide for the next 2 members we need more Criteria of Interactions. A open offer was made to class group to interested members to join team. Which got 2 responses, earlier 2 offers were also added.
3. Charter: To Charter or register and move together we need to have as a team a consensus and members collaboration. For that we need full confidence, trust & understanding between all team members. For this the 4 selected members are consulted and take a collected decision based on 3rd Criterion of Integers. I.e Numbers.. of the multiple prospective teammates, We got to know their previous sem performance and marks based on which we were inviting, offering and accepting the members.
3. Conclusion: Team making or forming is an important part in Academia, industry or for any task to be done and achieved satisfactorily. Ones team and collective efforts play an important role.
Thus if team members select and choose the right members, the experience of working in a good team and having a satisfactory work resonance, performance and excellence in outputs and outcomes can be achieved.
P.S: we have found 1 more member by their choice and more members can be added by team consensus.
