Why in life we practice, follow or form some Systems (i.e Principles, Customs, Philosophy & Ideologies) & few Agents of Systems (I.e, People, Founders, Philosophers, Rulers, Ideologues)?

Reasonable-Classification of Followers(Whos) and Followings(Hows).

3 Typical Mindsets in Us.

1. The YO-Mindset, (Benefit)

2. Yo-Yo Mindset and (Growth)

3. the “Aiyo” Mindset. (Fixed)

Thought-Exercise: What maybe idealogies (Divisive-Nationalism, Religionism, Professionalism.. etc, most are similar Games with different names) you follow and what kind of follower are you and your circles?

Key Concepts: Rationality-Ideology-Ideoentities Triad. #Our-Followers, #Ideas-Practitioners & #Reform-Pioneers

A. Types of Followers(Whos) Depending on the attitude of Idealogue -Persons following you or other people mainly for these 3 reasons(of LCA).. 1. Likability_Loyality, 2. Curiosity_Familiarity or 3. Animosity_Jealousy.

1. Yo-Mindset: If Followers have Higher_Rational-Mind/Circles with high Loyality they may find your vibes reasonable & hence want to know and associate more with you. This is low Fear-Doubt and high Trusted+Time&InteractionTested, Contributive-Receptive relationship; that is run on Multi-Openess & FairChoices by both sides. Mostly in Creator-Giver mode. Eg.. True Friends and Family, Who work with non zero sum altruistic game, collective-growth & Win-for & Win-with All YO mindset. One Standard of Operation for all is to be Contributive & Reciprocative. In India term can be the +ve Yo-Mindset. This mindset creates Well Basised Relationships..

2.YO-YO Mindset: If Mid-Rational/Circle with high Curiosity they may just be hanging around by chance to know more about you and your Idealogies. This is mid Fear-Doubt and mid Trusted+InteractionsTested Cooperative-Opportunistic relationship run on Less-Choices given by either. Both Give and Take mode. Acquaintance and Frenemies. Who work with adaptable and Collaboration team Winsome-LooseSome Equity Mindset. Occilating standards of Engagement I.e the Fluctuating-NetNeutral (0) Yo-Yo Mindset. This mindsets creates 50(Basised)-50(Biased) neutral fair Relationships..

3. AiYo-Mindset: If Low-Rational/Circle with high Animosity they may just be neglecting, avoiding or spying around to seek out cherry-pick your mistakes to misunderstand & misrepresent about you and your Idealogies. This is higher Fear-Doubt and low Trusted+Interactions unTested Conflictive-Abusive relationship run on Dominative sides-Choices giving no choice or forced-choice to the marginalized/targetted people. Mostly in Blamer, Taker and Consumer mode. Competitors, Rivals and Enemies who work in fixed and Zero Sum Game Only you win and make others loose Dominative Mindset. Double Standards with taking advantage. This is the unstae painful Troubled Aiyo-Mindset. This spectrum of mindsets create more Biased untrustable negative relationships.

B. How is the following Depending on fusion of Idealogies & Influences? : there can be these below Follower-Types. (If you find more kinds do suggest to append in Comments)

An Ideology is a set or system of Connected Ideas, themes and memes.. eg Idealogy of Socialism, Capitalism, Scientism, Modernism, Religionism, Spiritualism, Religism-Casteism, Supremacism Vs Egalitarianism.

1. Fundamental Conservative Followers.
2. Balanced Centrist Followers.
3. Reformist Liberal followers. (Pioneers)
4. Fanatical Practitioners
5. Psuedo-Followers and Head-Hunters.
6. Ex-Followers Disruptive-Divisive Rebels.

1. Fundamental Conservative Followers. They are innocent, ignorant, fully-compliant or blind followers/Practitioners/Opposers of an idealogy they are Superficial like copy cats. Monkey See & Monkey Do. They follow without questioning 100% Doctrines of the Idealogy Strictly as told by the Idealogical leader. They will be found close to the origin and spread of the idealogy in Space & Time. (Personal Guesstimate is 60% of Total Idealogues)
2. Balanced Centrist Followers. They may choose to adopt few additional rational views, reject old irrelevant & irrational-ideas while practicing the idealogy too..(Guestimate is 10%)
3. Reformist Liberal followers.(Pioneers) They may use Critical Thinking & Scholarship to bring in reforms to the Idealogy and make it more updated and improved.(Guestimate is <2%)
4. Fanatical Follower-Practitioners: They may be Radicalized, overzealous and jingoistic in following an idealogy while violating human and civic rights.(Varies 10 to 20% based on Situational-Motivation)
5. Psuedo-Followers, Infiltraitors, Snitch and Head-Hunters: They may join group not to further the purpose of group but to spy over the activities and infiltrate to head hunt others to pull out & into competitive idealogy.(<2%)
6. Ex-Followers Disruptive-Divisive Revisionists. This may be a disillusioned or Idealogical apostate who may have gone deeper into the rabbit hole and discovered hidden insights and is exposing the ex-idealogy.(2% to higher based on awareness drives of Empowered Ex-Followers.)

These are types of Mindsets in Followers,Practitioners & Pioneers of Ideological systems we tried to identify and reasonably classify for awareness.

I observe more than religious belief or faith identities, there are some other parameters of ideologies that matters, for it depends on the mindset of a person which are variable, whether its Yo, Yo-Yo or Aiyo Mindset?..
