A very important concept for life is about Fairness.

Fairness_Awareness and practice can reduce worlds bitterness.

Do you have a darker or lighter skin does it matter to our life, Relationships & Maritals?

What matters is the SparK_wIthiN.. Inspired from Abdul Kalam (Dark-Skinned Bahujan genes with the memes of Spark-within to Ignite Minds), Gandhi, MLK, Nelson Mandela, Obama, many other darker skinned humanity and my Grandmas, Relatives and Friends who have Darker Skins but Fairer-Minds and Redder-Hearts…. Darkness(Tamasoma) is not matter of skin, what matters is the spark of humanity (Jyothirgamaya) within.

My personal definition of FAIRness is:

How To be fair?

We see the world moving towards more unfairness, conflicts gets polarized instead of being resolved and lot of fractures and irreversible changes happen.

The problem we can see is in schools and college we can learn about more Material-Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology-Medical Science, Computers… etc) & also about Arts and Commerce (Language, History, Geography, Finances Banking, etc) and also Humanities (Psychology, Law, Political Studies).. but few Critical Subjects are Missing which brings in us a lack in the system.

This lack is what may be a gap in our social-fabric which may translate to general lack in fairness.

To be fair is to be impartial to be free of bias, logical fallacies, presumptions, unreasonable-assumptions.

Now how can we do that.

There are 3 methods towards being fair to fairness.

1. Understand Ones and peoples Implicit-Bias. Think Are you are fair and not Biased? verify how much we may be biased here.
