The cause maybe the Greed-Satisfaction of few by PoweResource-accumulation(Abuse of Secrecy-Isolation/ MisCommunications or disConnections) vs Need-Satisfaction of Many by PoweResource-distribution (Infuse of Transparency-Integration/ Pro-Communication & Strengthening-Connections).

The game of life is between the negative-deformatives and the positive-reformatives. The Super power one can have is to be trustable and testable while being able to test and trust others character & truths.

mWe the principled-people of humanity…. pledge our allegiance to our country & nationality and also to Ideals & Humanity. To keep the Principles of Egalitarianism, Rationalism and Secular-Humanism as Prime Importance before any other ideologies.
Mind-spaces leads to Mind-frames leads to Mindsets.
Trying to ideate and bring out the 5 different primary quality of relationships that can occur and develop between two entities, beings or humans(Cities, States, Nations, Gene-Races, Religions, Continents and Idealogies). This Categorizations can be used to evaluate the power dynamics between entities to see if its tending towards progress (Egalitarianism with power-balances, successes, Fairness & Justice in systems with higher PeaceFul-Outcomes) or regress (Discriminationism with more power-imbalances, errors-failures, Unfairness and injustice in systems with higher Painful-Outcomes).
Get Exdependence from Pain and move towards peace.
1. Dependence(Nirbartha): (The Server-Served Relations).
One Side Depends fully on another for its needs and leads(Inputs & Processing). While may not give anything in return. Eg: 1. Infant has dependence on parents or guardians. 2. Citizens have dependence on their community, city or state for Education, Health, Civility & National Security. 2. Newbie East India Company and Mughal-India. This relationship may be nurturing or introductory in nature with positive outcomes for all in the space that creates Healthy or growing Bonds. The power-equation is one-sided with or without free-consent. There is Cooperation with Give and take. Giving Fish or Vegan-dish to someone needy. The Trust level is limited to the Transactions and is not absolute.
2. Codependence(Du-Nirbar): (The Master-Slave or Abuser-Victim Relations) This is where one entity becomes needy of the other and creates an unhealthy bond where one is gaining more and other is gaining less power, while being kept in trauma-bond without any free choice or voice. Eg. Created Dependence of east India company on pre-occupied India. Re-Invasion of Ukraine by Russia(2022). Intent maybe to disempower, over-power & keep status-quo a one-sided power equation with coercion & without consent. Monopolistic-Power dynamics operating here. It’s principle of Conquer, Divide & Rule. There is principle of Take all and give small. Eg: Cultic-Monopolistic Ideologies & Idealogues. This path leads to more Fixed-Mindsets. Game of Dominance. Selling your Fish to someone, cut/ban his access to any other food and get him addicted to fish that you control. There is Psuedo-Trust, False-trust, Negative-Trust in this relation that one or both entities in relation aren’t fair or trustworthy.
3. Independence(Anirbar/Swatantra) or Self-Reliance(Swa-nirbar/Atma-nirbar) (Stranger-Stranger Relations): This is where an entity becomes free of the controlling and Dominance-relational transactions. where the entity by itself or by initiative of other entities end the inequal power-bonding. Eg: free-India from British Monarchy. Retreat of US from Afghanistan or Russia from Ukraine. Need no give or take between entities. Game of Prominence. Give him choice of Fish as per his wish no overt-compulsion or covert-coercion. There is less relevance of inter-entity trust in this case, there will be reliance on the shared environmental-reliability and implicit associated-Trust level.
4. Interdependence(Sama-nirbar/Mitr’-Nirbar):(Peer2Peer & Family-Friend Equitable-Freeing Relations) This where the relationship between the two entities is of equal and fair dealing. The two sides are connected, trusting, supporting & depending on each other and sustain each other for their needs while willingly serving the others connected needs. The power-equation is balanced and matured. Eg: your life-relation with Self & Dearones relatives close to you: Current relationship between Free-India & Europe or US. There is free, Mutually-beneficial Give and Take. A space of Limited-Empowerment until keeping the relation captive or transactive. Game of Symbience. Give him fish, teach him to fish maybe make him a partner in fishing. Trust level is above average and is mutual.
5. Prin-dependence or En-dependence or ExDependence (Siddanta-Nirbar(Principled), upa-nirbhar, Nir-nirbar, ): (The Empowerer-Empowered Teacher-Learner Relations) This is a dependent relationship which is formed to empower the independence of the submissive or disempowered entities. Here the idea is to create relationships with 3 phases of Nurture(Infancy-Ignorant), Support(Adolescence-Aware) and Release(Fully Responsible-Adult/Trained). Eg. 3-phases of Apple-Inc & US(Environment), Garage, One-Building & International Company. Eg2: a good Educational System, 1. Inducts-Neophytes, 2. Trains-Professionals, 3. Empowers-Excellors/Leaders. It’s not based on Monarchy(rule of one) or Anarchy(rule of none) but on Panarchy (rules of and for all). There is More Empowerments, Collaborations, Cooperations and less Conflicted-Competitions. This path leads to more Growth-Mindsets. Game of Collective-Excellence. Give fish and teach him fish-rearing and help him setup fisheries together contribute to International fishing or enable him to become vegan and have hirs end-dependence or freed-dependence from fish, fishing and the fisheries. Trust level is peak 100%.. It can be that one trusts the other more than its self-trust.
Our Goal is much of India has reached stage of Independence(1947-90) and Interdependence(1990-2020), our next goal can be to create the collective exdependence, endependence(EndDependence) or even prin-dependence (Dependence on Principles. systemic-entities which are empowered with decentralized autonomous Entities (families & groups, Nations/Countries) (DAEs & DAFs).

The Idea of En-Dependence can be used for a more Empowering-Peaceful(Ethical-Rational) and less Disempowering-Painful Society (Non-Ethical & Biased).. Can one be an En-Dependant entity(Person or Group) for Persono-global positive-order improving from the Old and current World-Disorder.
