Nurturing Authenticity to De-Narcify and Re-Empathify Indian Youth and future of Ethical-India. (We Indians Are most loudly talking about ‘Clean-India’ and Digital-India!!! Here on this page is the Ice breaker for our Moral-India and Ethical-India,I.e ‘Netipurna-Bharata’). The Twin Problems:

1. Kids age(1-10yrs) due to the ‘media and society’ are increasing being misguided to become highly materialistic & selfish(Narcissistic). Loosing their touch with reality and morality creating more Liars(Agents of Irrationalism) and Lusters(Agents of Materialism). #Non-Transparency(Sickrecy)

2. With the ‘current trend’ of narrow focus is on linguistic, artistic, financial and technical education, the lack of Ethics and relational education is observed in our Materialistic ecosystems encouraging Lies(Toxic-Politics) & Lusts(Toxic-SocioEconomics) driven by Indian Arthashastra(Economics) & Kamasutra(Sexonomics).

Twin Projected problems:

1. More Narcissism in Youth in society leads to more unsettlable conflicts and Social-Dissonance, Crimes(Bullying, Ragging, Rapes, Violence, Suicide Abettment, Homicides etc), Alcoholism, Drug and Substance Abuse(Bullywood SSR and SRKs son), unemployability, Polarizations of Inequalities (Richest person and Poorest persons morally not financially),

2. With lack of basic-ethics at grassroots(BOP)(Bottom of Pyramid) and in crass fruits(T.O.P)(Top of Pyramid) the social systems are in a vicious cycle of degradation and regress instead of advancement and Psycho-Social Groups Progress.

So what can be the twin-Solutions?

‘The problems’ mostly are perceived either at personal level(Psychological) or at a social level(Techno-public) with many gaps between two. This article here takes the dualistic twin-approach connecting middle ways with few top observations & solution Recommendations .

1. Empathify Kids at the earliest levels of Socio-moral development :

This will create more truthers and trusters (More Transparency & less Secrecy) among us this will empower trust-deficit among us Indians (legacy of Divide & Rule doctrine used over India). Need to create Trust-Surplus with unite & Serve EthicalIndia-2030.

2. Empathify the systems and Environments at the top-end levels:

A. De-narcify systems. Corrupters and corruption needs to stop. India against corruption,

B. Re-Empathify systems, Ethical Environments need to be recognized & rewarded with (non-monetary) resources. Create Ethical-peer networks for creating ethical process and progress. Sustainable Design systems need to have ethics as first priority, the current paradigm is keeping profit as first priority, with people and planet as secondary. The first priority needs to be Principles(Ethics, Morality & egalitarianism) before people or profit or planet. This is the most important ‘P’ which needs to be In Ethical-Sustainable systems.

This paradigm will help create more truthful-politics (White-power) and trustable-economics(White-money) need to be driven by new Ethical Neeti-Sutras and Moral Dharma-Sutras (This page is an addition a call for Indian Institutes of Ethics and Morality).
