The ‘MANAVa-Ratri fest’ celebrates HuManism is spread across 10 days of Actober every Year, honoring Humanism & Gender-Egalitarianism in secular and scientific ways. Manav=Human, Manavtawad=Humanism, Godness=Godess=Goodness. Human_Divinity=Humanity.(Transhumanism) #Rational-Humanism. #OurConstitution The Marvel of Humaneering.

KeyConcepts: Humanist Festival, Complimentary-Philosophy, Addon LifeStances with Religion, Secular-Humanistic Religiousity, World-views build Collective World-visions.
Formative Idea is “S.Humanistic_’X'” where X = any religious Idealogism Christianism, Hinduism, Buddhism.. etc.. For eg someone can have a Personal_ReligiousPhilosophy along with their Family_ReligiousPhilosophy. It can be same or fluid. For ex. Hypothetically “Mr. Kumar Farul Glady” could have Parsism as their Family-Religion and practice “Secular-Humanistic_Parsism” as Personal-Philosophy/religion. Similarly we can be Secular.Humanistic_Hindu or Secular_Humanistic_Christian or Non-Religious. Like people are Bi-lingual with dual-nationality or multi-cultural can a human benefit being Bi-Religious or multi-religious as per his freedom of philosophy/practice? This could be Widening and empowering our collective Existential-Freedoms.

There are general public misconceptions and Limiting information about the Gender-Binary and Religious-IdeaLOGICal Choices. Most of the global basick education system hardly makes its students and future citizenry aware of two critical Human topics below which translate to 2-Global_ProblemPoints of idealogical_extremisms.
1. Binary-ism of Basic Gender education or 2/5 gender-literacy fails to inform the society and common-human about the general reality of ‘Gender-Spectrum‘. This causes lot of difficulty & discrimination towards the Gender-minorities. Is there a way to create needed opportunities for awareness?, and reduce the Inter-gender conflicts due to Gender-Ignorance fueling gender-arrogance, expressed in forms of Toxic Gender_Extremism. Can we Aim to help in Global Gender-peace, coexistence and collaborations. By promoting gender-egalitarianism through positive GenderEquity-sensitisations.
2. Majoritarianism of few Religious Idealogies in the Naive education systems fails to inform the open-society about the beneficial Religious-spectrum. This knowledge-gap causes lot of difficulty & discrimination of the Religious-minorities by free reign of Irrationalism and the Non-seculars through Agressive / Oppressive or Toxic-Ideas. Glocal Religious-Extremisms have lead to inter-faith or inter-religious conflicts nationally as well as internationally in form of culture-refugees, civilizational-wars and abuse of humanism (human rights and responsibilities). What is seen In non-progressive ultra-dogmatized sectarian societies; is the ‘holistic war’ on a spectrum of modern scientific ideas vs the Archaic anti-scientific ideas. Also emerges the competition of Rational worldviews vs the Irrational worldviews at organizations and interpersonal levels.
What could be Solutions for these issues? Where are the problem-solving Idea-spaces opening up for transformations?
This is a proposed new adaptive paradigm-turn in religious philosophies & Idealogisms. These ideas could promote true Genderous or religious freedom and evolutions opening up intergroup adaptability akin to mobile number portability. Which can give us all democratic freedom of choices. where a human can be by their choice like any mobile-number which can subscribe/connect to any good mobile-networks i.e philosophy or biological +social_existence hse freely wishes to link the services with. This will help in Idealogical fluidity and bring in social-resonance & inter group harmony or balance. This is a path shifting from polarizations of identities and idealogies towards ‘democratization of fluidities and Ideal-logies.’
One of a Proposed Humanistic-Solutions to the above two major Social problems is 10 days of ‘MANAVratri Humanistic fest’ by Manav-Mitras(Ind)(Secular-Humanists) also termed ‘Human_10dency-Fest’ by HumanAllys(Global).

The Idea of MANAVratri is 10 Meditative/Introspective Days on 10 values of Humanism are focused and celebrated. Acknowledging ideations at ManavMitras 4HumaneIndia(MHTians), PRIYAMitras 4HappyIndia and ScienceMitras 4ScientificIndia(ESPians).

Day 1(11/10 October): Goodness of Critical Thinking:. This process forms the basis of the scientific method, which opens the door for new discoveries through hypothesizing and experimenting. Critical thinking is a skill that requires continued attention, practice, and reflection. Exercising our minds to build these skills enables us to challenge biases in ourselves and in others, paving the way for a fair, open-minded, and autonomous perspective that fosters a multicultural worldview.
Day 2(12/10): Goodness of Ethical Development. The key to understanding ethical development is acknowledging that nobody is perfect or has all the answers. Ethical development is a never-ending process that requires constant reflection and evaluation of our personal choices and the consequences they have on others. Fairness, cooperation, and sharing are among the first moral issues we encounter in our ethical development as human beings and are often embraced intuitively, but each new day carries with it new challenges and new moral dilemmas.
Day 3(12/10): Goodness of Peace and Social Justice: True peace involves an intense commitment to social justice and affirms the human rights and personal autonomy of all people. Any level of injustice against groups or individuals signifies existing conflict, even if the conflict isn’t immediate or obvious. We attain peace only by consistently responding to injustice through thoughtful conflict resolution that aims to repair harms and ensure a fair and equitable society moving forward. This kind of conflict resolution is known as restorative justice.
Day4 (14/10): Service and Participation: Service and participation means putting values into action in ways that positively impact our communities and society as a whole. It fosters helping others, increasing social awareness, enhancing accountability, and many attributes of the other nine commitments. Engaging in service doesn’t just make the recipients better off, but those who serve can develop new skills, experiences, and personal satisfaction that all promote personal growth.
Day5 (15/10): Empathy Empathy means entering imaginatively into another’s situation in an attempt to understand their experience as though we are experiencing it ourselves. Empathy requires a person to step outside of their own perspective to consider someone else’s thoughts, feelings, or circumstance from that person’s point of view. In many ways, empathy is the first step to ethical behavior as it allows us to respond compassionately to the suffering of others and exercise good judgement when our actions may affect someone else
Day6 (16/10): Humility: Humility means displaying modesty about accomplishments, talents, gifts, or importance of self. It acknowledges we humans are fallible and have limitations in what we know and can do. Being humble isn’t about having low self-esteem or denigrating oneself. Humility at its core is robust self-awareness—awareness of our strengths and weaknesses, our faults and our merits. Humility involves setting aside personal pride and overcoming our egos to embrace gratitude for what you have and appreciate others for who they are.
Day7 (17/10): Environmentalism: Regardless of our individual identities, we all share the same home: planet Earth. Just as we depend on the planet to sustain us with its precious resources, this planet’s ecosystems depend on us to be good stewards and take responsibility for the impact human activity has on our shared planet.
Day8 (18/10): Global Awareness: We live in a world that is rich in cultural, social, and individual diversity—a world with rapidly increasing interdependence. As a result, events anywhere are more likely to have consequences everywhere. Global awareness broadens our knowledge of cultures and perspectives that are outside of our own experience. A true global awareness includes attention to both current and historical events, and acknowledges how we affect—and how we are affected by—the interconnected social, political, and economic systems in which we reside.
Day9 (19/10): Responsibility: Every day, each of us makes choices. These choices, large and small, all have consequences—for ourselves and for the world around us. Moral responsibility involves taking conscious ownership of one’s intentions and actions, and being accountable for the resulting consequences. Although we all live in a society with various cultural values, expectations, codes of conduct, and social mores, ultimately we all decide for ourselves what is right and wrong.
Day10 (20/10): Altruism: Altruism is the selfless concern for the welfare of other living beings without expectation of reward, recognition, or return. The collective welfare of our communities and society depends on the welfare of each individual person. We should always seek to alleviate the suffering and hardships of others with compassionate action. By caring for others around us and lifting each other up, we reinforce healthy connections and contribute to the betterment of our community, society, and the world.
This post is dedicated to Celebrate our Collective Humanity, DeepKnowledge and Social-Peace.
Regards,
A ManavMitra and a Global Ally of Humanism(GRP).
A human is complex,
Humanity is complexier,
Humanism is simple,
Egalitarianism is simpler.
Most Dogmas are making humanity as dogs, loyal to their brainwashed narrow-identities,
There are enigmas making humanity as cogs, loyal to our heart-washed empowering-identities.
Towards Global peace and personal ease.
Humanism has no group leash nor personal fees,
We as humans can help each other,
To be humane as sisters, bristers and brother.
Jai Manavta, Jai Hind,
Hail Humanism, Hail Earth.
