GR Guru Prasad, is a 2nd Generation educated Bahujan_Dalit Researcher based in Bengaluru India. A trained Architect, a Product Designer from Indias Top most University, Worked for 7 Years in an Indian MNC, Is currently pursuing his PhD. He is a group space designer, passionate about connecting people, purpose and principles. He has created more than 50 Succesful WhatsApp communities which are thriving to be environments of egalitarian excellence (EoE-Groups). He is nick named Group Prasad due to the utilitarian diversity of his group systems. He is a blogger who’s blogpost are informative and have readers reaching about 20+ countries. 1.”What inspires me” to write is the pure utilitarianism of writings. The black texts on white brings so much clarity and understanding to higher ideas and abstract concepts, that it may defy the saying ‘a picture paints a thousand words” and make it so that a word can paint a thousand pictures”. There is Truth, Beauty and Utility in words which can seldom be replaced fully by images or videos or even AI in future. Words make our world, and writings create the workings of the worlds. 2. “Who inspire me” are greatest change makers who have done so by their power of expression who have changed the course of mankind in the Write Directions in their Rightings. I am a reader of Ambedkar, Gandhi, Vivekanda, Buddhists, rationalists, Marshall Greenberg similar non-fiction writers and philosophers. What I have gone through in my personal, professional and social life has been a tale of contrasting cultures, regions and polarities.. I have been to the four corners of India physically and 4 corners of the world metaphorically. I being a Sensitive empath have experienced the harshest of un-principled minds and also the warmest of principles hearts.
I have many ideas, experiences, stories of failures, successes and learnings to share with my communities in multi spheres. This has helped many in the past, is helping many and in future it’s going to positively impact the world and global citizens in a unique way. My USP unique serving Purpose is Communification of the world. By which I mean to groupify Not a communist perspective but a CommUNITY perspective. I believe there is power In unity, and only when there is a sense of belonging as a shared community of citizenship or fraternity. It’s my endeavour to connect principles in the groups and communities we create.

We have created and connected all Indian Institutes (IIT,IIM, IISc etc Pan Indian Institutes at PAN(IIX) group.. We have connected Bahujan Ambedkarite Researchers in BARI-Group, where have connected Ambedkar Study Circles in Bengaluru. It’s a privilege to be of service to the principles that Egalitarianism and Anti-casteism that was pioneered by likes of Buddha Phule, Ambedkar, Kanshiramji and neo-ambedkarites.. I wish to make such contributions to cast out Class divides, caste Atrocities and colorism in our society with pragmatism, Proactivism and pioneering rationalism and humanism.
