Real deep question of not whether something is True or False but How to find the *TRULSE_Ratio* of A Piece of Work or Ideology..?

If a Text or Video has 10 points then out of which if all 10 points are Sound, Valid and Factually True/Correct, Trulse Ratio is 10:0, & Truth_Percentage is 100%. if T:F is 5:5 then Trulse_Ratio is One & Truth_Percentage is 50% .. if 0:100 then the Trulse_Ratio is 0 & Truth_Percentage is 0. A work of non-fiction may have a Tru:lse Ratio 9:1 or Truth-Percentage of 90% while a Work of Fiction may have Trulse ratio of 1:9 & Truth percentage tends to 0%.
We come across different kinds of messages and information every living moment. We can broadly classify them like books, where some are Non-Fiction/Fact (True-White) based(Having Occured as per Credible Witness, Evidence or Proofs), some are Fiction(False-Black) and the 3rd category i’m defining here as ‘Fact-ition’ or ‘Tru-lse’- (50Shades of Grey Matter), or messages which are a mix of Truth & Fiction which contains Half-Truth & Half/MoreFalse Information. And then beyond these there is the Absolute Truth(Radiant Light) or the deepest truth which is at a Higher level of Consciousness or Systemic Perception.
For Eg,1. “Sun Rises in the east” is a fact, a Truth in 90% places. 2. “Sun rises in the south” is False_Fiction in all of the places especially in the south pole; except near north pole here the Sun only rises in the South. 3. The sun rise being delayed for some claimed by godman(or Religious Service Providers-priests, mullahs, pastors etc) or manipulators and being covered by some fictious character during eclipse or someones magic power..etc is mixed reality, a half-truth. 4. In reality the knowledge that sun doesn’t rise nor set but it’s the perceived effect of the Earths rotation is the deeper higher level understanding and nearing the Rational & Scientific Deeper-Truth.
2. What is Truth, What is False and what is “Trulse“? We can place every message on a spectrum between Extreme Truth & Extreme Falsity.
Truth is Information (Verbal, Audioral, Visual, Non-verbal, Spectral, Conceptual etc) about an Entity or Phenomenon which is communicated ‘as it was’ or ‘is’ or ‘what it will be’. Anything which does not align with the truth is not the truth. For Eg. Imagine pure White Salt/Sugar take it as the Valuable_Truth(Satya-Kaya). Less Risks to Perceiver & others.
False is, information which is misrepresented, misleading or mistaken in perception is false or fake. It doesnt stand the test of logic. It falls in the test of time & deep inquiry hence its false. Al things not salt is the adulteration or false(eg. Pepper, sand particle, sugar, glass powder, it looks like salt but is illusion(maya, asatya). High Risk to self & others.
And Trulse is in area between the extremes the toughest to perceive, as it’s like mix of Salt and pepper the degree may vary.. only Deep-Darshis (SAINTians) are interested to see/share the truth and falsity of things, the rest of majority just rest out of it depending on their commitment to truth (Satya(Amaya)), also knowing the way, methods to extract them.
