There are 5 kinds of Interviews in life, which are for purposes of 1.Selecting, 2.Hiring, 3.Training, 4.Promoting & 5.Appraisal: Firing-up (Inspiring) (Entry-extension Interview) or Firing-out (Terminating) (Exit-Interview). These may be part of processes an Individual, group or Organization (Company or Business). It may be useful in Professional & Personal (Familial-Community) Proctols too. #HR_Wise

For our Right Futured SOCIETY, we may need to be prepared to answer (Interviewees) or be informed & confident to ask (Interviewers) these critical_questions (go/No-go) on behalf of self, groups, organizations & Ideas-Principles.
We need to Connect the right resource with the right requirement in the right way. Being born from a set of couple(parents) is maybe purely by chance, but taking up a role in a family, College, an office, Social group, romantic/platonic relationship, marital home, spiritual orgs or in the digital world depends on a couple(#) of deliberate choices(Informed or uninformed)by people.
These valuable Questions below attempt to Raise awareness from (Multiple)sides, so that You may lead in life by making better informed choices & helpful decisions for self, others & Ideas.
The 5 Categories of Interviews we can view are: Going through this questionnaire by which we can validate their Recruitment Pitch, Midway-Stitch or Switch & EoD-Ditch.
1. Admission into College/Institutes/art & science Academy for Students.(Education) eg. IITs, IISc or IIM interviews etc.. GRE or GATE_exam_score and other competitive Exam Scores matter along with the Colleges Ranking. Professionally done by the Career Counselors, and Educational agencies.
2. Admission into Jobs/Company/WorkPartnerships for Workers/Teams/NGOs.(Profession/Occupation) eg. Google Interviews, Army Selection, Parliamentarian Selection(Election), Govt jobs or private jobs.. etc UPSC score, Bank_exams, and other competitive experience till Date_Exams Score matters along with the Organizations Ranking & Banking. Professionally done by the Campus Placement, Commisions, HR, Third party BG Verification & Recruiment agencies testing, secret interviews & data collection done of your accomplices.
3. Admission into Marital Homes/Socio-CommunityCircles for Spouses/ LifePartners,HomeTeams (Marriage/Cohabitation). Recruitments for Spouse(Husband/Wife), Son-Inlaw, Daugter-inlaw, Sis/Brother-inlaw, Friends-inlaw(/GRP).. etc.. Eg. Dating, Arranged Marriage process, Marriage interviews. - What are the Terms, Conditions & clear expectations in the proposal (Prenuptial) letter we are signing/Orally taking vow as a Socio-legal contract. Engagement, Wedding & Consumation.(mostly in fineprints)
- What are the FamilyClans/Seminary/MattAshram code of conduct/ethics, the SR policy, culture and growth opportunities compared to Social/Spiritual Standards.
For people who don’t want to spend time in being questioned in cases of (Medical, Legal & Financial places like Hospital, Courts or Bank-Loans) need to spend some time on these above questions. And like Good Companies Sign Professional_NDA’s– Non Disclosure/Discontinuation Agreements (Indeminity Bonds), similarly good Families & communities could sign Personal-NDAs Non-Deviation/Divorce-Deception Agreements (Community Bonds) for a Trustworthy Commitment and Conduct to keep integrity (Social-Roles, Responsibility & Rights).
