S19: How (Equiarchy, Matriarchy, Patriarchy & Trannyarchy) affects us and what roles can we play?

‘X-archy’ : This is the pattern of dominant(overARCHing) power acquisition & accumulation and ruling the system(EnForcement or Inforcement) . Where ‘X‘ can be any entity or idealogy.

Gender is not Bipolar, there is gender-Trinity(Male-Female-Trans/Intersex) can be represented by Black, White & Grey.

The Ratio of 4 is the Dominance2Servitude Ratios also the Dominants can be Toxic-Dominants (Autocratic-Leaders) Positive-Dominants (Democratic-Leaders) eg.. People with Positive-Masculinity/Feminity qualities exude as Democratic-Leading. Toxic-Masculinity, Toxic-Feminity exhibit Autocratic-Dominance.

Our common enemies may be All Toxic-archies, complex-archy, most importantly, Narc-archy, Olig-archy, Communist-archy, plutarchy, Patri+Matri-archy, DominantCaste-archy, Techno-archy(Technocracy).. etc

And our common goal maybe Humane-archy, or Morale-archy or Pan-archy.. where Humane & Morale Values Dominate or facilitate our Democracy and Egalitarian-Excellence.

Where ‘x‘ can be in context of any differential variable(Class, Gender, race, caste-creed, age.. etc) at different places, levels & eras:

1. patri(Masculine) Patriarchy

2. matri(Feminine), Matriarchy

3. Tranny(InterSex),

4. Equi(Equal),

5. Anarchy(None).

6. Panarchy(Rule by All)

In context of Orientation it can be 1. Hetero-archy, 2. Homo-archy 3. Asexual-archy

Or ‘X’ can be further in context of Socio-Political Ideology

1. Communist-archy (China, Russia,Cuba, etc) Extreme-Leftist.

2. Capitalist-archy (America, France, Germany..etc) Extreme-rightist

3. Democratic_Socialistic-archy. India, Non-Aligned Movement and Centerists.

We can further see in the Domination-suppression spectrum which forces take which side.

We can extend this to 4. Monarchy(King/Queendominated), Oligarchy(Buisnessmendominated), Thearchy(Theocratic-religion dominated), Elderarchy(Elders Dominated), An-archy(no-one/everyone dominated)

The expression of these invisible idealogical-systems are visible in abusive behaviours through Toxic Feminism(FemiNazi), Toxic Masculism(Male Chauvinism), & Toxic Intersexism(Tranny Abuse & bullying).

The reality is we all have 4 choices.. in how these-archies (Tendencies to Dominate) affects us and how we affect it.

1.To Equate (Treat someone on par-equal, golden rule of seeing others as ourselves), Share Power (Rights, Respect &Responsibility) Equanimously. Choice Contributes Towards Inclusive-Egalitarianism & empowerment by Servant leadership.

2.To Dominate (Treat someone as below us to subjugate, oppress and overule), Hold on to Power & Status 100% without sharing. Attitude Contributes to Exclusive-Elitism.

3.To Submit & Accept(Be Submissive to dominant powers of oppression & rule of one/few over others). Give away more powers to Tyrannical-Agents. Contributes to Victimhood & Slavism.

4.To resist & Assist (To resist the oppression and not submit to the domination and help the victims of oppression). To not give away ones power(Self Respect, Rights & Responsibilities), support to Empower the oppressed & disempower the oppressing.

I hope this helped in the understanding of the voices around us and the choices we all have to make a difference.

There are 3 roles to play in this game of power(Positive-Power & Negative-Power) (Domination-Subjugation)

1. Dominant-Oppresser & Enablers, /Empowerers

2. Target-Victim & Helpers, (Suppressed or Resistant)

3.Bystanders/Onlookers (Active, Passive, Critical or Proactive).

I BELIEVE The key to how this game moves is with the Active Bystanders(Morally Aware, Activists NGOs,Peacemakers,HRDefenders, counsellors) supporting the Resistant (intended-victims)mostly (child,aged,Lady, underprivileged, labourers, lower caste,physically- legally, systemically weak.. etc). This can help us reach Equiarchy or Synergistic-Archy where all co-operate Synergistically without X-Discriminations and X-Exploitations which can minimize Traumatic-victimization and benefit the society & systems as a whole.
