Sushant S.R: The Untold Story! Is It a Suicide or Murder or something in between “Murdicide” & can some be “Suicided“? How can we know the Truths & facts in this specific case and similarly past cases also future cases which may come up? What are the different 360 degrees perspectives? What could be the perspectives nearing the truth?.
Post Dedicated to Suicidation of Many Victims and families who know the truth and the Culprit but are un-empowered to get Justice.
These relevant Questions may lead us to the Right questions & these maybe the right Answers. This is an attempt by a truth seeker who believes in Satyameva Jayate & Liked SSR as a fellow Indian Brother and thinks he was a good human-being one of the best we Indians had. Is something amiss in the case & his life-death?, we shall look at it through the AMIS Framework for the types of end(EOL-Ends of Life). Ok Here we go.. Sushant needs no introduction, as a personal note I must declare upfront I have watched Kai Po Che,PK & M.S Dhoni The Untold Story and was amazed by his performances and was felt more connected with his off screen persona and love for space & science.I too lit a candle in rememberance. This post is Dedicated to SSR and Lord Yama who carries a noose along with him. May he use it only for the evil ones and not for the angelic like sushant.

SSR: The End; This important phase did he wish to write it the way he wrote his earlier phase or was it scripted by others? There are patterns we can observe which correlate to the different ways a person’s life or lives end and the facts-fiction of the circumstances observed Before, During, Immediately after and later developments relative to the event of death. Considering all the facts and fiction surrounding the event and matching it with the patterns a proper orientation to the situation can be deduced. Thus we can think and move closer to the truths with deeper understanding of the effect/event and wider understanding of the causes/roots.
The AMIS Framework of EOL(EndOfLife)/harms2living:
There are mostly four ways a life can end conceptually. the Acronym is AMIS ( Accident,Murder,Ilness-Oldage,Suicide)(GRPs-Concepts)
- Accident: an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury. The Cause ratio of (Self/Others) can vary based on it it can be Self Inflicted due to negligence of self or Others Inflicted due to unintentional negligence of others. this is shown in the first quadrant of the AMIS Framework. - Murder/Manslaughter/Killing: 1. A.Global Definition 2. Indian Context: Section 300 of Indian Penal Code. “Murder” Except in the cases hereinafter excepted, culpable homicide is murder, if the act by which the death is caused is done with the intention of causing death, or such bodily injury as the offender knows to be likely to cause the death of the person to whom the harm is caused,As in the quadrant there is high intention/Influence as well as actions of others towards the event. ex: Blackbuck killing habitual offenders do this. This perspective van be hidden by a coverup in case of a political assassination and pre meditated murder covered as an freak accident, fake Suicide or induced illness.
3. Suicide: noun. the intentional taking of one’s own life. as in the quadrant the intention and the physical action of the self maybe more in this case but the contributing factors and preventing factors surrounding the self play a big role. as ‘no man is an island’ in addition to Physiological+Psychological factors there are sociological factors (eg; Depression-Dejections due to Nepotism, Mobbing, Caste/Class Discrimination, Racism, Colorism.. etc) which are seldom considered but provide an important base to the triad which cause,enable and aggravate depression & effect mental health. This is where the Media,the police, the bereaved family or public don’t pursue beyond a limit to the maturity of the Socio-judici systems. Even a basic distinction between a non abetted and abetted Suicide is not considered or investigated. What is incognito cant be recorded or proved. This is the sad truth and limitation of the systems in India.

Now is Sushant’s death projected as Anomic or Fatalistic suicide? In any ways the investigation needs to look into the factors enabling the abetment of suicide. May be a new 5th category of Fake Suicides or Murder Covered as Suicide needs to be added in case of High profile murder-Suicides.
If we once assume the police is unbiased and doing the investigation honestly without any external influence, why do the investigations stop at depression, If the causes of his depression is known then there would be real justice as there can be efforts to prevent or reduce such causes to prevent other people falling prey to such depression and suicides.
It would really help to know the reasons and history behind his so called depression which can help in depression prevention within the industry and nation. As per the news we can see what caused and contributed to his depression or situation leading to his death.but more detailed expert investigation by a third party is essential may be by NIMHANS.

- If It was a suicide why & since when the CCTV footage of his house and neighbhorhood are missing or seen needs to be declared and reported. Shows tampering if not given to public view.
- Digital Evidence of Mobile phone, Fitness band or smart watch if used can give the exact pattern of his heart beat as well as if he was under stress(Sleep data) and depression can show the exact time and phase his heart stopped working.
- All his calls, payments,exchanges and msgs of the suspects of abettment (Rhea,His Servants at Home, Bhatts, Friends who where at his place who reported his death, Families, Professional Rivals(the Bollywood Nepotists & Mafia)for 6months prior to June 14 and till date needs to be subjected for data analysis by digital investigator, to find clues and patterns to prove cause of his Depression-Suicide or Targetted Killing. As there could be limitation to the police resources as well as conflict of interest due to nexus of operation in close proximity with the Mafia forces. It is recommended to hand it over to CBI for a better investigation for sake of justice. - The key to solving/proving this mystery is in the digital footprints(Mobile,Fitnessband,Smartwatch,CCtv Data) of 1.Sushant Singh Rajput 2.His Closest Ones(Inmates of his home Servant, Deepesh,maids, Rhea, Sandip Singh, house guests.) 3.His Professional allies and Rivals. 4.His Personal contacts-Friends in Mumbai and family in Patna.. The whole Interaction of his along with blood(testosterone-cortisol levels) and postmortem reports if made public and audited by international forensic experts(interpol) and reveal any foul play or prove the truth once and for all.
4.Illness & Oldage: In this case as in the quadrant the Intention of the self is less influential compared to other factors and also the action of other entities gain more dependency like the doctors, hospital and treatment/therapy in the situation. eg corona in addition to the individuals immune system & comorbidity the healthcare and related systems the person is being supported by gains prominence.
Sushant Singh Rajputs death if seen through the AMIS Framework. Applying the pattern of close people around him dying and his relatives & friends requesting for CBI enquiry being harrassed,

It doesn’t seem an evident suicide as there are many suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. the Police, His Family, His close family friends, doctors, neighbors, and related insider whistleblowers & sources need to be forthcoming with clear open honest communication to arrive at the truth and facts behind his death, so justice can be done and further such deaths can be prevented in bollywood and other places of work.

A bright spark from Indian state of Bihar, a luck for 4 sisters he was the only brother,
He was smart and handsome a lovely mix, He worked hard and fast learnt the tricks, made good friends, liked to read and loved physics,
He could do whatever he willed, people around him were mostly thrilled, his dreams were so many, like the stars in the sky,
his passion and energy brought ppl to him, joy, love and smiles he delivered to them, He left to Mumbai with an emotional high, with no godfather he worked his way from a dance boy,
He struggled from TV Series to Supporting roles, He ran a lot from pillar to poles, slowly he worked up his way up the hierarchy, there he saw the darker anarchy, the ills and nepotism of his industry,
his success was a target of envy and jealousy, he even got a land on the moon, for the jealous it was all too soon, all the nepos and narcs united in hate, wanted to end the rise seal his fate,
they chose a vishkanya among them, the most sly and viscious fem, she eyed her prize his bank balance, conspired to topple his mental balance, she planned along with other snakes, isolated his family’s love by high stakes,
in his trust she and her family made nest, she turned him into an atm card, to gaslight and control she kept him drugged, As his friends and family got suspicious, she and her accomplice got anxious, it was time to play the endgame of shame, do the work and shift the blame.
Lockdown was their opportunity to finish his destiny, They gave the juice, garlanded him with noose, he dint have a chance he gave a last one eyed glance, the dirty bullywood air stopped entering his lungs, his dreams, his goals left behind in his things.
His family and friends have taken up his baton, until justice we all shall bat on, sushant was killed by an evil nexus, they can never kill his spirit in us, we will strive we will derive, teach all jerks that Truth Works.
